I love this refrigerator, looks cool and modern and works great! The only issue is the water pressure if pretty high on the drinking water and always splashes.. perhaps it's a setting that I need to tamper with.

Overall a good purchase but the hinge cover at the top of the refrigerator had to be replaced because it was defective and warped. Also this refrigerator model did not come with a vent cover at the base of the unit so the wheels and under the refrigerator show creating a not very good finished look. Other similar models do come with a grill cover making a much better finished look. This is not something you notice in the showroom and buyers should be aware before purchasing. Pay a little more for the next model up and have a complete finished look.

Would have given 5 stars except for icemaker. Bought this item because it's supposed to produce LOTS of ice. Problem is, I wanted cubes, not block ice. The ice freezes together almost immediately. I think it is because it is warmed too much before the unit extracts it. Geek Squad was backed up and couldn't get out here for several weeks, so they sent a 3rd party vendor, A&E Factory Service. They were worthless. Tech took temperature readings, poked around, consulted his tech "gurus" by phone and online, and finally told me everything appeared to be OK and there was nothing they could do. I called Geek Squad again and they have shipped some parts here and are supposed to be here in a couple of days. Hope they can get it fixed. Am recommending only because I believe it can be fixed. If not, it's going back. Can't live with block ice

Overall not a bad fridge. Main complaint is ice dispenser is VERY slow to dispense ice... water comes out very quickly but ice not so much and is very loud doing it... this is my second Samsung French door fridge and performs just as well as my other that's five years old and is now my garage fridge. That French door Samsung had its ice maker in the bottom freezer and water inside the door which was kind of a pain so we figured we'd try another with the indoor options and am very happy we did. It's definitely more convenient but do miss the space inside the fridge we lost because of it... there's not enough in door storage at all now and most of our condiments now reside on the top shelf which is way less easy to grab from.

We chose this model as we have a narrow passage way for the refrigerator due to the position of our refrigerator and our kitchen cabinetry. This does allow for others to walk through our kitchen while we have the refrigerator doors open. It's easy to find things in the refrigerator. I don't like not being able to manually get ice from the ice maker.

Great fridge , works and looks great. Only drawback I found was the noise it makes from time to time when it's making ice. It's a little loud. Love the ice and cold water feature. Holds tons of food and freezer does to.

Bought this 3 years ago and has been a smooth ride. there were minor issues with ice maker but the geek-squad protection plan handled it timely.

I have had several issues with this refrigerator in the past 5 years. The ice maker started freezing up months after purchase. Geek Squad came and put a new ice maker, and promised it would last. It didn't even last a year before freezing up again. I have recently had another icemaker installed by contacting Samsung. I have also had water leaking and collecting under the large drawer. The temperatures do not stay regulated, and my food spoils quickly. The back panel has iced up and the fan blade stopped working. There are several issues with this refrigerator. There is even a class action law suit in regards to the icemaker, and a Facebook group to help support customers with issues with this appliance. I love Samsung products, but their refrigerators are nothing like their electronices. Do not buy!

I really like this fridge. Delivery was easy. It does what it’s supposed to and it’s roomy and functional. Def a good investment. Please note I only have a fam of 3. So it works for us!

This refrigerator does all the thing a refrigerator should. It is very flexible in the way you can configure the shelves for storage. Wonderfully bright inside. Still, for a premium product it has some shortcomings. The ice delivery is the slowest I have ever seen and it is not convenient to get into the ice storage area and grab a scoop of ice say for a pitcher, much less load up a small cooler with ice. The doors and especially the handles are chilly. The unit efficiency is rated pretty high but I just can't believe the doors are that well insulated. No complaints about keeping the food fresh.

This is a very spacious refrigerator but has odd access to door space. Some of the areas there seem pointless. I like the deli/fresh temp setting features the freezer is larger naabd easier to manage than a side x side fridge.

This is a very nice fridge with lots of space. Everything about it is great, however, it has only been a few months. If I could change one thing, it would be for the crushed ice to be more crushed. That's it!

This is a great refrigerator, especially for the price. The space is wonderful and it is well setup and organized. Not the most silent refrigerator but definitely not the loudest either.

i love this refrigerator. It's roomy yet doesn't seem bulky. It's so roomy, in fact, I probably could have been happy with the counter-depth model. Plenty of compartments - have to move some of the shelving around to make room for tall bottles. Quiet. Very spacious freezer. Easy to use water and ice dispenser. I really like the lighting inside too.
