I've only had this fridge for one month and I have NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. I gave it 4 stars because it's too new to give the max rating. However I'm thoroughly pleased the water taste incredible and the storage space is great.

i at the moment very pleased with my purchase. my problem is i did not get the extended warranty and i want it. is there anything thing that i can do now. is there still time for me to get it?

We love everything about our new refrigerator. The double doors for the refrigerator makes everything easily accessible. The shelves are able to be lifted so that you can fit larger containers. The drawer for the freezer is easy to organize and fits a lot of items. We have black appliances and the black stainless steel matches perfectly.

I am sold on all Samsung products. I started with the Galaxy series phones then bought a televison during thanksgiving sale. Now I added this fridge. Just as good quality as other products. It works great and love the alarm on closing door. Already caught my kid (26 yr old) not fully closing door. It has a great look with plenty of options.

Has enough space in freezer for my needs I'm a family of four. Be prepared to do a lot of wiping though because you will get a lot of fingerprints. Love the fact that i can get water and ice through the door as well.

Love my new refrigerator. It beeps if you have it open too long and you can set the temperature for the top and bottom separately. In addition the draw inside can also have the temperature. The only part I'm missing is the refrigerator to tell me what's in it and play and watch movies and music. Definitely recommend this product.

My wife and I purchased a new home and needed a refrigerator. We looked at another Samsung French door refrigerator, but it turned out to be too big. So we bought this one, which fit, but was obviously a little smaller. The main issue with this refrigerator is the ice capacity. It just does not hold a lot of ice. That is the only reason this is a 4-star instead of a 5-star product. The in-door water and ice dispenser works well. The LED lighting throughout is just perfect. The freezer compartment holds a lot of food, but of course it is tough to see everything because of its orientation, but no real complaints. We really like the deli drawer. Even though this was a "forced" purchase, we are glad we bought this one.

I bought one of these for myself before Christmas. My son moved into a new house mid January and needed a refrigerator. I didn't hesitate for a minute and went and bought him the same one. Very modern design with tons of options for the money. Nothing bad to say about it.

Just purchased my first home and the task of purchasing a refrigerator was daunting. After searching severals stores and reading several reviews, I decided on this Samsung French Door Refrigerator. Have had it for about a month now and I love it. Delivery and setup went well. The unit is quiet and is very spacious. I highly recommend it.

I've had my new Samsung fridge for a few months now, and I love it. I read all the reviews before buying the fridge, did a lot of research, and waited for it to be the right price. The design is great. I am disabled due to a back injury, so having all your common use items up higher is a blessing. The whole design is user friendly, the doors hold soda and gallon milk containers. The vegetables and fruits lasted a month...yep...a month longer. I wouldn't have believe it, if I didn't experience it myself. I know a lot of people say it is noisy, it seems to be the ice maker emptying ice inside the ice holder. The first time you may jump, but it is much better afterwards and then you don't hear it. I gotta say it's not as loud as my old fridge. The freezer is huge. you can really load it up. The top tray in the freezer is higher, so it's great to put ice cream or frozen dinners, anything you use regularly. I really can't say enough about the features, the extra room, extra drawer, space, everything is amazing. So this one is a winner!! Also, for those of you who have magnets, like me, it does hold magnets!! Yay!!

My biggest complaint is that the plastic that protects the fridge during shipping is impossible to completely remove. Aside from that it works as expected and has plenty of room.

This is a great and beautiful fridge. It has a spot for everything. Best fridge I've ever owned. However there are 2 drawbacks in my opinion. When the motor kicks on it is louder then expected of a brand new fridge and sometimes sounds like it's struggling. Weird. The only other critique is how visible fingerprints are on the steel. Still 5 stars.

Fridge is HUGE! love the black fingerprint resistant stainless steel, especially with little kids! So far so good. Had about 2 weeks and no complaints yet

I’d give it a 5 but the ice maker doesn’t work. Best Buy installers didn’t connect it and the installation was included with the purchase. Very disappointed.

Nice fridge, our family likes the extra space as well as the water and ice in the door. Only drawback is the stainless steel is prone to finger print smuges more so then my stainless steel bosch dishwasher.

After having to do a little adjusting in my kitchen to fit anything I was looking at we happened on this gem. For the price it gives us more than enough space and maneuverability in my kitchen as the french doors with a galley kitchen are perfect. It was cooled down in a couple hours after installation as well.

I love the fridge. The only thing that gives it a one less star from a 5 is, it's a bit load and the door shelves are oddly sized. But overall, wonderful product.

We've had it less than a month so I can't give you a long term use report. The shelves in the refrigerator section are adjustable so I can change the configuration as needed and having all the fresh items at eye level is great. The freezer is roomy and easy to access. I may eventually had some baskets or containers to organize some items.

Really love this fridge! Lots of room. Ice maker works great even though I've heard bad things about an ice maker that's in the refrigerator part. Highly recommend!
