Love it! The color is great.....wish it could have come in more styles. Everything works nicely on this fridge. Just wish the freezer would have had a small door shelf, like several of the models do, to easily place ice packs. Also, would have been nice to include a tray for the freezer where a ice unit would have been.

This fridge is terrible. Stay away from Samsung refrigerators. My refrigerator stopped making ice after about 3 years due to a common issue that many people are having with this refrigerator. Today (after only owning my refrigerator for four and a half years) the fan started making a loud clicking/vibrating noise. It turns out that ice build up within the actual refrigerator is common. Now I’m stuck with a piece of garbage that stops making ice every two days forcing me to do an hour of defrosting just to get one good day of ice from it. Do your research before purchasing. I completely regret buying a Samsung refrigerator. Never again!

Shelves adjust to fit most items. Plenty of space.

We purchased this fridge because it had everything we were looking for at a good price point. Water filter needed to be replaced almost right on schedule. It was a straight install and has so much space.

So far it's a great fridge. The layout is working great for us. The fridge is much quieter than our older one. We went from a side by side fridge/freezer to the this over/under fridge/freezer and are quite content. So far we really like our purchase.

Bought in 2014, ice maker had never worked properly. Ice maker freezes up constantly, it causes the fridge to freeze up block and during defrost cycle water will fill bottom of the fridge and eventually out on to the floor. The fridge compressor failed (error code shown) at 6 years 6 months. A $1200 repair bill! Try to find technicians to repair Samsung and most will refuse to touch Samsung refrigerators. Google and research before you buy.

I bought the new Samsung black stainless steel appliances, and I absolutely love them! They really add a classy look to my kitchen and the performance so far is just as expected. There are hardly any fingerprints on them, and when that does happen, they wipe off easily with a microfiber cloth. Just beautiful!

Fridge performed perfectly accept for the ice box would freeze over and cause ice to get stuck and you would have to dig it out which was annoying.

We really like the new refrigerator. We concentrated on models with freezer on the bottom, which this model is, and glad we got it. Black stainless steel is such a great look. Refrigerator runs smooth and quiet, chills and freezes well, double-doors on refrigerator are solid and easy to open and close.

Love my new Samsung refrigerator! The black stainless is super sleek! Love the French doors and there is so much room that even my family of five is struggling to fill it!!

I have only had this fridge for a month, so will update this review in the future. As of now, this fridge is a workhorse for my family. It has a lot more usable space than a 2 door fridge I had before this Samsung fridge. It is a lot brighter with LED lighting. I can resize shelves to accommodate oversized containers or bottles. In short, it is working good in my house.

Product has worked well and is a great deal. It actually went on sale after I purchased it and I took my receipt in and Best Buy honored the price and I save an extra 400.

I have been very happy with the fridge. It has plenty of room. The only downfall is the ice maker seems really slow.

Happy with my purchase. Quiet. Temperature is accurate. Love the LED lighting. Would go for larger one next time. The shelves on the right side do not have enough height for all my taller jar condiments.

I love the look and design of the appliance. The in-home delivery team did not install the doors; this was very disappointing.

It is a very nice refrigerator. Ice comes very slowly out of door and the shelves are not as easy to change as our previous refrigerator. However, it works well and looks beautiful.

I love how large it is and the layout both in the fridge section as well as the freezer. I am very impressed the increase in storage in the freezer over my old side by side. With all the adjustments I can make in the fridge I can find a spot for everything!

I did online research as well as in store research. Best Buy was having a sale on this model which made it more reasonable. It's been a great refrigerator thus far. I like how it is very quiet and works as it should...keeps the food cold.

This is an excellent fridge for storing food. We've had 2 outages that lasted about 4 hours and the food never went bad and remained frozen as if the fridge never lost power. Excellent space overall and easy to install the water line.

Before purchasing I read a lot of reviews about refrigerators. The deciding factor was a labor day bundle deal. I got a great price and overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. Product works as described. The only thing negative I can say about my experience is that the first refrigerator was delivered dented and I had to refuse it. While the delivery driver was there we called Best Buy to have a new one delivered. On day of the second delivery, they never showed up. After calling, the new fridge was delivered a week later.
