We love this fridge and were so happy it fit into the existing space. The french door style is perfect for narrow kitchens, but to open the deli rawer you still need both doors open. It looks great, best buy price matched by searching other stores websites and gave us the lowest price. The bright lights inside are great- easy to see and find things. We joked about the door alarm...but on rare occasions the door might not close tightly and the alarm will let us know. I recommend it. I did lots of research and kept coming back to the samsung.

I own this Fridge for 3 years now. I have to defrost the refrigerator section every 2 months. The ice maker is now starting to freeze up too. Samsung knows of the problem with these models and won't help us. Stay away. I've taken it apart so much the plastic cover for the coil is broken. Search Samsung Class action law suit.

Nice looking fridge. Fits great. Nothing wrong easy install. Only thing I would do differently is get the counter depth fridge. This one is huge.

We love this refrigerator. I water that it filters is excellent. We used to keep a filtered dispenser in our old refrigerator (taking up lots of space). We don't have to do that anymore. Also, the lighting inside is bright. Very easy to see inside. Lots of space too,

I love the beautiful refrigerator. Black stainless steel is so easy to keep clean. It’s roomy and hold everything. My only complaint is no butter holder

This product has a lot of room in the freezer compartment although I was a little skeptical of constantly bending down to retrieve my items from the freezer. I love this product.

We are still finding the right places for items. There are many options with the versatile design. We just had Thanksgiving dinner for 14 and everything fit after adjusting the shelves for extra high items.

I love the lighting inside of this fridge and the fact that the ice machine doesn't take up as much room as other fridges. It's easy to clean and has plenty of room for all of my food and gallons of milk, water, tea and lemonade.

Words cannot describe how disappointed I am with not only this refrigerator, but Best Buy, Geek Squad, and Samsung as well. I have had countless repairs on the ice maker (which is like pulling teeth to even get an appointment scheduled with Geek Squad). Geek Squad didn't show for an appointment last week (I had taken off work). They finally came this week only to say "oh you have to unplug the fridge for 3 days to thaw out the ice maker before we can do any repairs). Are you kidding me? I have a full house of kids, work full time, and paid a lot of money for this refrigerator. I've spent countless hours on hold with Geek Squad, Best Buy AND Samsung, and the issue is still not resolved. It is all around a huge headache, and I will never be purchasing a Samsung appliance ever again. I will also think twice before buying a Geek Squad Service Plan, as they have been terrible to work with.

Completely satisfied with the purchase. Very sleek look and more than enough space to store all your food. The ice maker/water dispenser is also a nice touch, but I'm not fully happy with the "crushed" ice setting. Crushes ice a little too much. Minor gripe.

Love this fridge for our family. I enjoy being able to have filtered water and I love all the space both the fridge and freezer have to offer

The fridge is very spacious and practical. There is a home for everything. We have used the alarm feature many times with kids (or adults) leaving the fridge open on accident. The freezer has plenty of room for all your things and the top drawer is very convenient for the items you use most often.

Overall the fridge is great. It has enough room for our 3 person family with some space to spare. The ice maker is great and makes more than we can use. The only negative is that the water dispenser is inside the unit (yes this was our choice), it's not a bad feature, just not as easy as initially thought.

It's spacious. It's well-designed with usable space everywhere. Open the right door and you can open the right drawer. Yay! Same with the left. Freezer is roomy and has a great sliding upper drawer. I love everything, but wish the ice dispensed a tad more quickly.

Wife likes it. It works well keeping stuff cold. Ice is a bit slow and the plastic coating won't come completely off at the edges.

So far so good, it has a lot of space and the freezer down below is much nicer than the old side by side we had before. We love the adjustable shelving too

This Samsung refrigerator has great features -- french door, crisper drawers with humidity controls, ice and water on the door -- without the premium price. Adjustable shelves make it easy to fit everything, even odd shapes and sizes. Very happy with this purchase!

Great fridge. Spacious and nicely lit by led. Does finger print and dent/scratch kind of easily so requires extra care, but overall a great product

Ice maker is very difficult to use. refers to switching between ice and cold water. Otherwise it is a very good refrigerator.
