BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT purchase this product or any other Samsung product that is marketed as "Black Stainless". In the summer of 2019, I purchased a Frig, Dishwasher, Microwave and Stove/Oven from Best Buy. They were marketed as "Black Stainless" and they looked great. Now, in early 2023, I discovered that the black stainless is simply a dark film covering the stainless underneath and it's peeling! Looks horrible! I went to my Best Buy in Orange Park, FL and talked with the store manager, Jay. He sympathized with me but refused to do anything citing company policy. Samsung is saying the same and now there are multiple class action lawsuits in place. Basically, this is DECEPTIVE marketing that resulted in a defective product. DON'T BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT MARKETED AS "BLACK STAINLESS". YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!

This fridge looks great to begin with, the stainless steel is rather easy to keep clean. And the adjustable shelves making using it a breeze

Purchased several Samsung appliances at the same time in 2014, after a year or so I started to have problems with everyone of them. I am a protection plan purchaser on almost everything I own but I did not purchase the plan on this item. I thought with the price it should have great quality and last "forever." Well that did not happen to say the least. I have had nothing but problems with this fridge. Ice maker stopped working completely after just over a year. I have constantly dealt with the inside of the fridge forming big ice blocks under the bottom drawer, and constant water leaks. The plastic shelves for the doors are very cheap and two cracked just putting normal everyday items in them. As much as you spend on this product you expect it to last more than a year or two. Would not recommend any samsung appliances and that stinks because they make some really cool products!

My husband and I ended up buying this fridge because the model similar to it (but had the door-in-door) did not work in the layout of our kitchen. Our fridge is situated right next to a wall in our kitchen and we do not have any issues with being able to have full access to the fridge with both doors open. My only minor issue with this fridge is that the display lights are not the same color as the display lights on the rest of our Samsung kitchen appliances. These lights are more of an indigo color where the other appliances are more teal/blue.

Platinum is a great finish - does not show fingerprints as much. Only issue with Frig is minor part that holds door closed was broken. It will be replaced.

This refrigerator is very roomy inside because of its design. You can fit a large turkey in the freezer compartment with no problem with its separate bins. Got this on sale and very happy with it.

I've had this refrigerator for 3months now and its been great. It's so quiet, unlike how negative reviews suggest. Water dispenser works great, no leak issues at all. Ice maker works great. Black Stainless is really nice. Highly recommend this product.

Just had the fridge delivered yesterday and it's more impressive in home than in store. Was impressed with the lack of space used for the water supply and ice maker in the Samsung models - not the best but definitely not the worst. Looking forward to many years of service.

Love this--looks great and has tons of room. Got it at a great price due to Black Friday sales. Black stainless doesn't show finger prints like regular stainless.

I love the space inside. The ice tray is hard to get out abd I now regret that it is stainless steel. Smudge struggles are real!!

Great space in both refrig and freezer. Only 4 stars because I don't like that you have to actually push the door to close it. It will not close by itself.

This fridge works really well. We love that many of the shelves can be adjusted. We do feel like the freezer drawer should open wider than it does though.

Overall this refrigerator is everything I hoped it would be. The only minimally frustrating aspects are that the doors have a slight catch when closing. If you gently push the door shut, it will catch before closing completely. Have to watch that to ensure a proper closing is accomplished. Also, the stainless shows every handprint and water spot. Fortunately this cleans up fairly easily with stainless steel cleaner. As far as function and space, I couldn't be happier.

so far so good, i only have it for 3 months. very good space and motor seems quiet. the finish of the silver is a finger print magnet though.

I just bought this for my new house I just closed on. Wifey loves it. loves the black stainless steel And the fact that it leaves no fingerprints or smudges on the refrigerator like regular stainless steel. This is the perfect refrigerator

When going to the store, there were plenty of options to choose from. Based on the brands and price, this was perfect for my wife's needs.

The icemaker has a tendency to randomly spit little pieces of ice out on to the ground sometimes, but other than that, it is a great fridge.

I've only had it about a month, and so far it's been great. I wasn't sure how I'd like the pull out freezer bins at first. But I find that I like it much better than my old side by side freezer. I can fit bulky items and wide items. And finding stuff in the freezer is no problem. That top freezer drawer and the two separated bottom bins make it easy to keep items in the proper place and find them easily. I do have a separate chest freezer, but I've always had that. And I'm amazed at how much I can fit in the fridge section. Much more and much more flexible than the old side by side. It doesn't make as much ice as the old side by side did, but it's enough for me. And if I need extra, I can always store some in a bag and then make more. The only thing I'm not so crazy about is the fact that the ice cubes are cloudy. My old fridge made nice clear cubes and they were just a little larger. But that's a minor complaint.

I was looking to upgrade my fridge & this was on sale. Love the look of the black stainless steel & the amount of space is amazing.

I read some reviews on this frig that were not too good(compressor loud etc. ) but the salesman at BB talked us into it and he was absolutely spot on!!! Frig works great, very quiet, ice machine works great and there is tons of room in the frig and freezer.
