Wasn’t sure at first about the freezer on the bottom but turns out it works great as there is a sliding tray. Lots of room and frozen pizzas fit fine. The fridge has adjustable shelves. I did recommend to friend already!

Was a replacement for a model that didn't have a water dispenser in the door which I would have preferred. But all in all this one has plenty of room in it. Shelves in the doors are a pain in the back side hard to use any good space.

This machine looks great and works fine BUT not sure the refrig is any larger than my old side by side and it certainly is not as easy to load and see all you have. The freezer is much nicer than my old unit. This thing also has a couple different motors and is noisy at times, I think more so than my old refrig.

Love the French doors, lower freezer and full size appetizer drawer. Ice maker a little noisier then expected .

This fridge is great so far. Spacious and variety of features that allow your to keep fruits vegetables and meats cool at different levels that is best suitable to keep them fresh and last longer. Love it so far!

This refrigerator is a really nice stainless but is a darker black color that doesn't leave fingerprints.

I have had my new refrigerator for almost a month now.The primary reason I purchased the refrigerator was because it theoretically makes a lot of Ice. I am glad to report that the ice production is really outstanding! A couple of things related to that though...You should understand that virtually no ice production occurs for about the first 24 to 48 hours. And also you should be aware that after the ice maker really starts to work well it makes a terrific noise when it drops the ice. In my case the noise it makes is actually music to my ears! But I am sure some people will object to this. Another thing I have noticed about the refrigerator is that both the ice as well as the water taste better. All in all it has been a great decision to buy this refrigerator. Now we will see how it holds up over the long-haul.

This is a great refrigerator with a lot of space. It looks good too. We had a problem with the evaporator coil freezing but with the extended warranty it was all covered. Extra cost for extended warranty was paid for with the only fix we've needed.

The fridge works well, my only complaint is that the mid door column sometimes hit the other door if the second door is closed. The door water/ice dispenser never worked, unfortunately, I alone cannot move this fridge to check the installation. Instead I called customer support from best buy, after being transferred around several times, being told that I would be charged for it and etc, they finally scheduled a technician to come take a look for free, since they JUST had installed it for me. The technician never showed up, best buy did not effort to reschedule, I had to call again, just to be transferred around in circles and finding no help. As of now, I am trying to gather the strength to one more time go through what seen to be the worst customer service ever. I am sorry best buy, but this might have been my last purchase with you guys.

It's unfortunate that refrigerators have gone the route of planned obsolescence. I would have happily used my old fridge for another 15 years had it not developed a refrigerant leak, but I'm happy with this Samsung. The compressor is noticeably louder than the old one (as others have mentioned), but if it lasts longer, that's a small sacrifice. This French door model feels like it has more room than my old fridge even with the same cubic ft.

1-10, probably a 7. We just moved and needed new appliances. Best Buy had the best prices of all the places we shopped. All appliances and TV are Samsung.

This unit replaced an older side by side. Took a bit of time to get use to the placement of items on the shelves and in the bottom freezer. The water \ ice dispencer in the door is awesome. The ice cubes seem to be smaller. The stainless steel finish shows finger prints and is a bit of work to clean. We are using the wipes \ polish recommended and seems to be getting better. Overall, very satisfied!

Decent refrigerator. Biggest complain is the drawer inside the refrigerator portion requires both doors to be open which is a pain. Another issue is the ice dispenser is kept in the refrigerator portion and I feel the ice isn’t kept as cold as it should be which results in a little squirt of melted ice water sometimes when you grab ice.

I intended on purchasing a different fridge, but when I saw this is the store, the quality, function and looks far surpassed other fridges in this price range. It has great storage space even with the in door water/ice dispenser. Highly recommended.

Really aesthetic, solid construction; however the unit is a little noisy compared to our old Samsung fridge.

Upgraded from a top freezer GE which was very dependable but wanted bottom freezer with thru door ice and water. This fridge is very roomy. Love the french doors and the different storage spaces. Lighting inside is great as is the controls on the door.

This refrigerator looks great in my kitchen and has lots of room..the freezer fits so much more then a side by side ..very happy with my purchase!

The fridge is nice, I just wish the ice dispenser didn’t take up some much space in the fridge area.

very good storage, I like how the shelf flips up for tall items. somewhat difficult to switch from ice cubes to water. 100 times better than the Frigidare side by side that I returned. Get the 5 year warranty, you wont regret it.

Does have water drops that leave a gray spot from the water dispenser. Can't find out how to access ice from the inside of the refrigerator.
