I was looking for a quality refrigerator that wouldn’t break the bank, and this Samsung is great. The inside is as nice as the outside in style and function. The water and ice work well and have no issues with the placement of the ice maker. This is my first bottom drawer freezer, but I feel like it is very roomy and the sliding interior drawer is practical and well designed. My only negative comment is that it gets finger printed up pretty good with three kids, but I chose not to splurge on the more expensive fingerprintless stainless steel, so it is no fault of Samsung.

Got a great deal when this was on sale. We love the adjustable shelves and it’s very roomy, especially compared to our old side by side. The only issue I have is that it’s somewhat noisy when it runs and this might really bother some people (the only reason for 4 stars and not 5). Otherwise, this looks great in my remodeled kitchen and we are very happy with it!

I love most things about this fridge. The lighting is wonderful and the space seems larger than stated compared to our old one. Our last fridge only lasted 7.5 years and we spent 1800.00 on it. This time I went for features and high ratings at a reasonable price. My main complaint is the ice maker/dispenser, which is too slow to spit out cubes. The delivery guys scratched it and I got a discount.

I got this refrigerator at a steal, and I love it! It’s very roomy, and the shelves are adjustable for the ability to maximize space.

This is a beautiful fridge! The delivery team was amazing, polite, friendly, and professional. This is our first new fridge purchase and we couldn't be happier. It has good space and options to adjust shelving. Plenty of freezer space and is so easy to see everything. We did a lot of research of features and pricing and I'm glad we agreed on this item!

Love the look and finger resident comes in handy with a four year in our house. It is louder than our last fridge but since it has been a month I hardly notice the noise. Love the bins and storage. One draw back its shelves are short and you can't place taller items like water and wine bottles on them.

We purchased this refrigerator on sale and it was a heck of a deal. We originally wanted one that had the 10 year warranty on the compressor, unlike this one, but decided to take our chances with this one because it is a Samsung. Overall we love the refrigerator. The shelves inside adjust easily and there is plenty of room to store food. We had a traditional two door refrigerator previously and I didn't think the storage would be big enough, but it was. The one thing that is kind of annoying is that when the compressor runs it is kind of loud. Not super annoying loud, but loud enough that we can hear it. We have an open floor plan with our kitchen and our living room is relatively close, so take that into consideration. Other than that, it is awesome. Well, I'm personally not a big fan of the freezer storage at the bottom, but there is plenty of room.

I love the space in fridge and freezer. The shelves are nicely laid out and being able to flip one up is helpful. It keeps things cool. My only gripe if the water/ice maker. You have to toggle through crushed ice, to cubes, to water overtime. Would not be so bad, but it des not toggle easily. This would be the one thing I would change.

I love the styling and the interior design once I thought through the best placement for all the contents. One thing important, however, is to have Geek Squad come to seal the gap on the ice maker with food safe caulk. It isn't strictly a recall but a known issue with the Samsung ice makers that inside the refrigerator section

This is my first samsung fridge and i have to say that i like but i hate the ice maker. It has nice black stainless steel finish, very roomy and has sleek design on the inside for storing food but the ice maker sucks. You can pull out the container to grab a ton of ice and also you cant use the ice maker if any of the fridge doors are open.

A lot of storage room for fridge- freezer. My kitchen looks upgrade with modernized one too. Great, quiet, and my kitchen looks great with it.

The overall product is great. The only drawback to date is the slowness of the ice maker when trying to get ice out, which is just being picky. The selfing needed to be rearranged to fit common grocery items. The fridge it quiet. Thus far, I would buy again.

Price was right being under $1500. Two negatives, it is loud in fact it's as loud or louder than my old 12yr whirlpool. The panel does not light up so getting a drink at night and switching from ice to water can be flustering.

having a little issue with water leaking in the crisper drawer. Bestbuy not really helping. They directed us to Samsung. Samsung directed is back to bestbuy. Other than that it's a great fridge. A little noisy but tolerable.

So far, we really love this refrigerator. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is that the ice maker takes up some storage space in the left door. On the plus side, there is ample space in the freezer drawer! Great so far. I love having crushed ice in my beverages...

This model has a problem that leads to water leaking under the deli drawer. If you don't clean this out every week you will have mold form under the deli drawer. Look at the other reviews and you will see how both the ice maker, fan, and coils freeze up on this unit. Samsung knows the issues but refuses to do anything. See the other reviews for the problems. The good reviews are from people who more than likely had this unit less than a year. Anyone that has had this model for any amount of time has encountered this issue.

The inside is spacious. The shelves can be moved around and the temperatures can be adjusted for the drawer so you put different things like wine or deli stuff. The only bad thing with stainless steel are the fingerprints. I just need to find the right cleaner (you cannot use windex on it) and I'll be happy.

Got a great deal on open box Samsung refrigerator... Was the exact color my wife was looking for... Very user friendly. alot of space to use and it fit perfectly in our kitchen. My only compliant, the panel doesn't light up so can see when you are pressing the cube ice, crush ice and water.

the ice maker just doesn't work very well. it seems to struggle to give you ice at all and it doesn't keep up very well. the fridge is a bit loud. it was waking me at night until i got used to it. other than these two minor problems, the fridge performs really well and has lots of storage.

I shopped many of the mid range brands, LG, Whirlpool, Kenmore... This one seemed to be more user friendly with better design features than the others. The fit, finish and configuration of the shelves and drawers looks high quality. All clear plastic shelves and drawers that fit nicely and appear sturdy and durable. Hinges, slides and mechanisms look robust. Great lighting inside is one of my favorite features. Shelves are designed in a way that makes everything easy to see and reach while making efficient use of the space. Freezer section seems very large and easy to access. This model does not over do electronics and controls. Simple understated display in front, not a lot of un-needed controls. Thru the door ice and water is a nice feature I've never had before. Overall it is very quite (yes, the ice makes noise when it drops, get over it). I have one significant complaint. the ice cubes dispensed thru the door do not come out whole. Along with some whole cubes you get a lot of chips, shavings and busted up cubes. Also, the cubes are kinda small. I have found no adjustments that affect the thru the door ice maker. I probably would have been happy without the through the door ice/water dispenser.
