Very happy with the fridge. Looks great and is very spacious. My only minor complaint is that water sometimes drips from the exterior water faucet/ice dispenser and there's nothing to catch it, so it drips down the fridge and onto the floor.

After owning this fridge for a few months now, I can say I'm pretty happy with it. There's plenty of space for everything. The ice maker and water dispenser work great. Water flows pretty slowly though. Takes a while to fill a glass. Ice is always plentiful, although I don't use it much. Might not be enough ice for a larger family. Before buying this, I saw a few reviews that mentioned loud popping noises. I haven't experienced that at all. You'll hear the ice dropping into the bucket, and the typical clicks and clacks of any large, electric appliance, but nothing startling. My biggest complaint with this fridge is that the doors need to be manually pushed all the way closed. You can't just give it a little push and let it swing closed. There's some kind of resistance when the door gets about 3 inches from closing. If you try to let it swing shut, it'll just bounce back open. That took some getting used to, and is the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars. Overall, though, I've been very happy with it.

This Samsung refrigerator does everything it should do. Gives cold water, cubed or crushed ice. Had tons of storage space, we have yet to fill it up after almost a month. One critique is that the ice dispenser is a little slow. It takes close to minute to fill a medium sized glass full of ice.

I am disappointed with Samsung on this one... The fridge itself is great- brightly lit interior & very spacious with numerous shelf configurations available. The in-door ice & water option stinks! When you place your glass underneath and select the ice options, it dribbles a significant amount of water and then begins dropping ice. It takes FOREVER to switch from crushed ice back to cubed ice- I dump one full cup of crushed ice so I can fill up with cubes. I try to keep my stainless appliances spotless but can't keep the water marks off of the water/ice dispenser area. Water drips out when you close the fridge doors. Ice gets stuck in the mechanism and melts and drips. Every time I walk by my shinny new appliance, I wipe water drips and try to polish off water marks. Buy this model without the water/ice unit in the door!

I went to every appliance store in the city looking at every French door refrigerator available and finally decided on this one. I don't regret it at all. The refrigerator is gorgeous, the black stainless is stunning. I have a 2 year old who puts her hands on everything and it does not show fingerprints. It stay cold, and keeps everything inside very cold. I can put a room temperature bottle of wine inside and it is cold within 20 minutes. The inner light is very bright, but has a slightly blue tone that makes it easy on the eyes so it's not blinding. I like how bright it is, so this is not a downside at all. It has similar lighting in the freezer which is also very nice. The freezer hold so much more than I expected. It is much larger and deeper than it appears. I am very happy with this purchase. If I had to list one con, it would be that the compressor seems a little louder than expected. It is by no means loud, but I can hear it. This really isn't an issue, as everything works perfectly.

This fridge is very good for its price! I have had it in my house for 2 weeks now and is working great, very spaceious and big. Only thing is the water dispenser keeps on leaking and unfortunately the stainless material makes it very easy to get dirty. Other than that, great purchase!

I got this unit on sale and I couldn't find a better price anywhere. The fridge doesn't have too many bells and whistles, but the space inside is pretty well thought through. The install was very easy; the hardest part being getting it through the door. With all the Styrofoam off of the unit, it just barely fit through the front door. Altogether, I think this is a good fridge for the money. I've only had it for a week, though, so I can't attest to the longevity of it.

I read reviews for this Samsung fridge as well as those for other brands and models. I knew we wanted a Samsung but was open to which model. We ultimately chose this one because the price was right. We found this fridge at Best Buy in the Open Box section. It looked great, wasn't a return or repair, and was less than half price of retail. We snatched it up. I love all the space in the refrigerator section and everything is easily accessible and well lit. The freezer section felt small at first but I keep adding to it and still have yet to fill it up. My only complaint is the ice maker. It keeps up with us ok (there are 3 in our family) but without a reservoir it won't keep up when we have guests (I have a large extended family). So, that means keeping a bag of ice in the freezer. Delivery of the fridge was great as well. I was worried since it was open box but the guys took great care and it arrived in as good shape as it was in the store. All in all, we love this refrigerator.

Was looking all over for this black stainless set and no one in our area could do the complete set (always had something on extended back order). We got to Best Buy thinking it would be the same, but to our surprise they had every item ready on time! Love the color and very happy with the way it blends in our kitchen. Very spacious and very crafty design.

Pros: Love it, very roomy in both fridge and freezer, digital display, water and ice dispensers in easy reach, dual cooling systems, looks good, easy to adjust temperature, gallon size compartments on doors . Cons: ice dispenser stopped working one day after a month, did research on the internet, reset it, working again in 24 hours, what a scare! Due to covd19, Best Buy only dropped off curbside, it's a very heavy and big fridge, had to rent a trolley myself to wheel it in the house. Best Buy didn't install it for me either, spent a couple hours installing it myself, not happy about that.

We love our new refrigerator! It is so functional and roomy. It is not noisy at all. We like the optional shelves in the refrigerator as far as flipping one down or the retractable one. The lightning is bright. I have already used the deli drawer to cool homemade chocolates and that is pretty cool a pan can fit in there. The black stainless is a very nice color!

So far loving my new fridge. Things get cold fast and stay fresh long. Ice maker makes ice fast so if it's not monitored will back up and jam. But that's quickly fixed by emptying the ice out into a freezer bowl or some storage container. I like having lots of ice but I'm sure you can just turn it off it'd it gets to be too much. The only noise I've ever heard it's the ice maker pulling water and dumping ice. Pretty normal.

I've had this for about a month now and love it. This is my first french-door fridge. I wasn't sure that I would like the freezer section (still not sure I like it as much as a side-by-side freezer for organization), but the full bright light throughout the fridge and freezer is amazing,unlike anything I have seen before. There is nothing in shadow. I use the 3rd compartment (extra cold drawer in the fridge) every day for bottles of water or beer. The adjustable shelves (one that fold an one the slides in half) for accommodation of tall items is also a great, unique feature. I do miss not having an place for a carton of eggs and/or butter, but its well worth the trade off. One word of warning: When I was cleaning the fridge before first use, I knocked the humidity controls to max. By the time I went to put in my veggies and meat, both drawers were full of water in the back... If you want that level of humidity, this will deliver it. Personally, I can't think of anything I would want to keep that humid.

We have only had the product for a little over a month, therefore I believe it is too soon to review, but since you have asked..... The look of the refrigerator is lovely! The shelving is easily adjustable, good door space, the crisper trays have humidity control which is excellent for the veggies and fruit, they are also very deep which allows for more storage. My favorite feature is the small drawer under the crisper trays. The drawer holds a full 12 pack of beverages with room for other smaller items such as yogurt and sour cream containers. So far we do not have any complaints, in fact, my entire family, including our kids, love the new appliance.

I've only had it a few months, but so far I'm happy with the space inside and the quietness. It utilizes the internal space well. The water dispenser is tall, allowing tall water bottles to be filled easily. I mostly want to thank the customer services ladies at La Quinta BB who were patient and thorough showing me various products that met my needs and budget.

Love It! Want to hug it every time I walk into the room! Ice maker didn't work properly but repair fixed promptly and most importantly didn't need to replace frig with a different one.. It took me quite sometime to remove all the plastic it was wrapped in, every crevice had some embedded. No finger prints...awesome!

Love all the room and the freezer on bottom. Had plenty of room for a 24 pound turkey to keep in freezer. Only compliant I have is the ice maker has a short delay before dispensing ice cubes.

This is my 1st time buying a French door fridge and I love it! It's nice to have more room for larger items than a side by side . I do like the ice maker but it does take up some door shelf space.

Really liked the fridge. Works very well and lave lot of space. Only drawback is that there is no tray under the door dispenser and so sometimes water flows down. Apart from that, great buy, lot of space, calm and cool....

Love the looks of the appliances , fingerprints don't show up like on stainless Steele , lots of room in fridge and freezer , stove has lots of options also ! Very happy with these !
