Door shelf space is a little tight. Bottom drawer slide hardware could be sturdier. Ice dispenses very slowly. Ice production is noisy. Other than that it looks nice and keeps food at proper temps. Adjustable shelving is functional. Produce and meat drawers are nice.

Spacious, easy to manage and looks sharp. I like the different cooling and humidity features.

The removable and adjustable shelves come in handy when you want to refrigerate big items such as cakes and big pots.

LED lights, cooling tech is nice. Pleasant sounds. Freezer on the bottom feels funny when sliding out with handle but it actualy locks and doesn't get loose like other bottom freezers. When power shuts off and ice melts in the door, it spills out but you won't have that issue if you leave it powered

Nice fridge, only thing is when compressor first kicks in it is a little noisy but goes away after about 15 seconds. When we got ours the door had a little dent in it, Best Buy ordered a new one and replaced it no questions asked

Love the frig until it broke down. Sensor went out. 2 years new only 1 year warranty. No repair service for 60 miles and 3 weeks out to look at it. Another 3 weeks for repair for a $12.96 part. Total bill $586

Love the new black stainless. Easy to clean with just a wet cloth. Has lots of room and very customizable shelving.

This Samsung French door refrigerator was good. It did make some condensation which is different than my previous one. It is also smaller. I love Samsung products that I exchanged it for a bigger model but same brand. Overall though a decent product.

Couldn't ask for a better refrigerator . Not only roomy,but it beautiful too. It is quiet and so easy to clean.

Stylish looking, great performance, quiet. Without any noise problem during ice making.

I would have given this rating 5 stars but I do have one issue. The front of the unit allows for items (from kids) to be kicked or thrown under it. My old one used to have a guard where this did not happen. Other than that, it is living up to my expectations; let's hope that is still the case 5 years from now.

Plenty of room & easy to organize with the many drawers & adjustable shelves. Looks great too!!

The biggest let down for this fridge is it is not fingerprint resistant. I am constantly wiping ot just like other stainless steel products. My 2nd issue is that there isnt much room for tall items. It fits 2 gallons of milk comfortable everything else needs to lie down. Lastly it was delivered damaged. The freezer was scratched. They let u keep the damaged one and can orderniust the doors to replace them. I've had 2 dates set for that to happen and I still have a damaged fridge... the doors aren't available each time they are suppose to come out and fix it. My experience in store purchasing the fridge was great but outside of them it has been less than perfect

Great fridge and freezer, has plenty of room and the ice and water dispenser is great.
