The fridge works ok, but the ice maker is defective. I had the fridge replaced while under warranty because they couldn’t fix the ice maker. Then just after the warranty expired on the new fridge the ice maker quit working again. All Samsung will do is make an appointment for an appliance repair for you and you will have to pay. The repair people will gaurentee work for 90 days then you will need to pay again as the product is poorly designed and cannot be fixed permanently.

Excellent refrigerator! Lots of space and neat little gadgets inside. Would recommend to all.

Samsung hit a home run with this fridge. There is plenty of room.

I bought this refrigerator over a month ago online. It has been working great. The delivery team is very knowledgable and patiently walked through the manual after the a quick installation. There was a 24 hour power outage during the month. But the temperature inside didn't decrease much. Other than the quality, I am loving its look as well! The stainless steel looks very high-end and make my kitchen much prettier!

I love the black stainless steel, the large internal space and the underneath freezer. Super quiet as well

This is our 2nd stainless steel fridge, this one is easier to clean on the outside than our last one. Freezer has plenty of space! I like the fact there is NO removable tray under water dispenser...which generally just collects stale water and is difficult to clean. Inside has less space than our old but it is because of the position of the ice maker. This does not seem to be affecting us at all.

So far so good. The only problem it was set with display settings and would not her cold for 24 hours until we figured it out. Also, although it looks big on the outside it is not inside, but thats ok for me.

Like the style and that it is solid. It took a while to get used comparted to the old side by side. Display I think should always show the temperatures of freezer / refrig for if we are only to see icons, then the display could have been smaller. All in all, another great Samsung product

We read all sorts of reviews and just have to say, people complain about nothing or they maybe got a lemon..? Ours is amazing! We didn't think we could afford such a wonderful, sexy fridge but on sale we did! It does everything it is supposed to and is perfect. No issues with the ice maker or the cooling or noise. I cant tell its running. It is wonderful. Buy one!

Awesome fridge. Only had one issue with ice maker. Replaced free with geek squad protection.

Ice maker door delay of 3-4 seconds takes a little getting used to. It was aBout 1/4” wider than my previous side by side. Because of this it was a tight fit in my available space. Measure carefully and double check.

Love the refrigerator and it has lots of space to put all we need.

I was told by friends not to get stainless steel due to fingerprints showing but the black stainless steel is sleek, modern with no fingerprints. This makes a great statement in the kitchen and receive compliments on it. Geek Squad service was in and out and working within 25 mins. This made storage a breeze now as well with no hidden items in the back that can go undiscovered. I was worried about capacity but for me it is more than enough.

I really like the design & look of this refrigerator. It has LED lights inside so it's extra bright & clear. The water dispenser in the door is extra large for full size water bottles. It has an easy to use display panel that will display the exact temperature of the fridge & freezer. The only complaint I have is that you have to push a button to switch between ice or water.

THis is a great fridge! The design is excellent and Samsung has made good use of the space available.
