So far so good. The only problem it was set with display settings and would not her cold for 24 hours until we figured it out. Also, although it looks big on the outside it is not inside, but thats ok for me.

This fridge looks and works great! It fits more items than I imagined

The good, this is a nice new black-stainless steal refrigerator and it is basically what you expect in a refrigerator. The bad, the french doors didn't line up level when the unit was delivered. I could set a level on top of the refrigerator and it was level. You move the level to the doors and it was definitely off balance. On a return visit a Geek Squad tech adjusted the levels on the bottom to line up the doors. So the doors look nice, but now there is a tilt of the refrigerator leaning back towards the wall. We are just going to settle for now, not completely happy. We know the floor is not the problem, you can put a level on the floor and it's fine. We believe the unit is to blame, but like I mentioned, we are tired of fighting about it.

Love the look and size, so much room...plenty of lighting on the inside as well which is a big plus!

I like the look and feel of the unit, but there are few annoying things. The right handle is not tight and slightly moves. The ice maker is loud when it drops the ice into the bin. Also, once in a while it whines....

We love this fridge and the look it’s brought to our kitchen. The material is easy to wipe and is still magnetic which is great. The only downfall is some of the drawers/shelves seem flimsy and we worry about wear and tear.

This fridge is phenomenal! I was a little intimidated by the touch screen, but it’s so easy to use. I love that an alarm sounds when the door is open too long. The freezer door handle seems like it’s loose, but it’s actually a really nice locking feature that’s easy for adults to open and difficult for kids to open. Best of all, it look sleek and beautiful in my kitchen. I’m so in love with this fridge!

Really like it except it drips water from the water dispenser. Best buy will replace and fix.

I love everything about this refrigerator except the ice maker. We like cubed ice and it has never made full ice cubes they're always mixed with crushed ice.....I have owned 3 Samsung refrigerators in the past year and they all have this problem and we have never used the crushed ice setting always the cubed......If Samsung could fix the ice dispenser to make cubed ice when on that setting I would be 100% satisfied with this product.

This is a great fridge for the price. The freezer has a lot of nice storage space, but the main fridge shelving is not as adjustable/flexible as I would like. I've also had trouble with ice machines in other refrigerators in the past, but this one works well.

nice size quality fridge. many options for the energy saver. could have a little more shelf space for larger items for milk, and left side door, slightly small for some items. other good for a family up to 4

Great spacious fridge for the money, energy saver, I like it a lot

When our 8 year old fridge died we kept having repair people coming in to try to fix it! After 2 months with no success we decided to buy a new one! From the online ads Best Buy had the best price! We were thrilled with our sales woman, Linda and purchased the refrigerator that night! We love it and have been thrilled with the quick and professional delivery and the Fridge itself!

This fridg is the best I have ever had. Now I don't worry about getting ice, this has plenty !!!!
