This is probably the worst refrigerator I've ever purchased. I know that French door refrigerators are the new fad; however, I'd never buy another one again. Also, I'd probably never buy another Samsung refrigerator again, due to irreparable problems associated with the ice maker. First, with the French door design, anything taller than a pickle jar fits very awkwardly in the refrigerator. There just isn't much height between the shelves. I never had this problem in side-by-side refrigerators of similar size. Secondly, the freezer on the bottom has similar problems associated with chest freezers. Things get buried very easily, and it's difficult to see what is actually in there. I know these are all the rage right now, and I believe they will follow the path of shag carpet and avocado green appliances. Finally, The ice maker on this thing is a disaster. It worked OK until it was out of warranty. Then it started freezing up and malfunctioning. A quick internet search shows that this is very common for Samsung refrigerators, and there is currently a class action suit against Samsung. Every week or so, the ice maker completely freezes up, and you have to thaw it with either a hairdryer or a steamer. There are absolutely no permanent fixes out there other than temporary measures, which only last a week or so. Then you have to thaw things again, which is a messy pain in the butt!

Great size and look for the price. Samsung made a great choice making this affordable product.

Althogh nice and roomy, the unit is very noisy and makes cracking noises. Contacted Samsung and mentioned this is normal. Still for a Samsung product, I feel the quality could be better.

this fridge is so versatile. I love the sliding shelf and the deli tray! Also the handle to the freezer is wonderful. I didn't realize what a difference lifting up on it would be. The doors close from both sides, no specific order necessary. Only down fall is the panel buttons don't light up. Sometimes I have to run my fingers across blindly to change ice to water when I'm too lazy to turn the kitchen lights on in the middle of the night. Lol.

This fridge is phenomenal! I was a little intimidated by the touch screen, but it’s so easy to use. I love that an alarm sounds when the door is open too long. The freezer door handle seems like it’s loose, but it’s actually a really nice locking feature that’s easy for adults to open and difficult for kids to open. Best of all, it look sleek and beautiful in my kitchen. I’m so in love with this fridge!

The good, this is a nice new black-stainless steal refrigerator and it is basically what you expect in a refrigerator. The bad, the french doors didn't line up level when the unit was delivered. I could set a level on top of the refrigerator and it was level. You move the level to the doors and it was definitely off balance. On a return visit a Geek Squad tech adjusted the levels on the bottom to line up the doors. So the doors look nice, but now there is a tilt of the refrigerator leaning back towards the wall. We are just going to settle for now, not completely happy. We know the floor is not the problem, you can put a level on the floor and it's fine. We believe the unit is to blame, but like I mentioned, we are tired of fighting about it.

Plenty of room in this refrigerator. Great Size for our family needs.

The fridge was exactly what we were looking for! Tons of room in both the fridge and freezer sections.

Only had it for a few weeks but so far I'm in love! Its looks amazing in the kitchen and the interior is just a perfect. Ice maker has crushed or cubed options. The water is cold and I love not breaking my back to look into the fridge. The freezer is down below so you can see exactly what you have in there on both of the shelves. I an VERY happy with my choice if fridge.

Love the look and size, so much room...plenty of lighting on the inside as well which is a big plus!

Really like it except it drips water from the water dispenser. Best buy will replace and fix.

When our 8 year old fridge died we kept having repair people coming in to try to fix it! After 2 months with no success we decided to buy a new one! From the online ads Best Buy had the best price! We were thrilled with our sales woman, Linda and purchased the refrigerator that night! We love it and have been thrilled with the quick and professional delivery and the Fridge itself!

The size and interior style is perfect for a full house. I Love the ice maker and water dispenser on the door, the drawers and shelving make it easy to organize your groceries. The Freezer slides open easily and the drawer on top makes it easy to grab the groceries that you use the most.

I like the look and feel of the unit, but there are few annoying things. The right handle is not tight and slightly moves. The ice maker is loud when it drops the ice into the bin. Also, once in a while it whines....

This is a great fridge for the price. The freezer has a lot of nice storage space, but the main fridge shelving is not as adjustable/flexible as I would like. I've also had trouble with ice machines in other refrigerators in the past, but this one works well.
