The fridge is awsome and very happy with it. One downfall of French Door Refrrigerators is the ice holder isn't big enough so you will need to purchase one for a few dollars and put it in the Freezer to have extra ice.

I like the frig just fine but not as well as my 20 year old frig. I like having the ice/water on the outside. Water is a good drinking temperature. Shows fingerprints bad. Supposed to be print "resistant" but not very resistant. I like the lower freezer.

Purchased this fridge as a open box. It has been great! Love the space it has.

I really enjoy this refrigerator. I am impressed with the ice-making abilities. The LED lighting makes everything visible. The compartment for the freezer is very useful and big. I had a side by side before and I was apprehensive with going with the french door. So far -- no regrets. Samsung was recommended to me by several people and the Best Buy personnel. I am pleased with everything with this refrigerator thus far.

Great price for the product and it does everything

Love it. Lots of space especially when the shelves fold up to offer space for tall items.

I am very happy with my purchase. I measured carefully and bought the biggest french door that I could fit into the spot. It fit like a glove! The gentleman that installed it did fantastic! They did everything and answered all of out questions. I felt like I could use it right away after they left because they took the time to show all of the little gadgets! Now that i have had it a few weeks, I love this thing!

The space in the refrigerator and the space in the freezer is huge. I was able to put all my food from my side by side fridge and freezer. The freezer is so big that I was also able to put all my food from my deep freezer as well. It is so big that my side by side was full. In this fridge it looked like I had no food. I love the black stainless steel. Cleans very easy.

Absolutely love this stainless steel black fingerproof color. Refrigerator works great so far. Has plenty of shelves/drawers. Only downside is I feel like the ice maker takes up too much space on the inside.

Fridge has all you need with out all the unnecessary bells and whistles. Lots of space!

I was a little concerned when I saw the reviews about how noisy this refrigerator is, but so far we have not had that issue at all!

Very satisfied with the refrigerator. The bottom freezer is new to us and I like it a lot. The freezer door drawer operates very nicely. The refrigerator doors are easy to close and open. I like the storage capacity and ease of getting food in and out.

Beautiful and lots of space inside. I like the two drawers in the freezer.

This is an awesome refrigerator. We replaced an old 2-door side by side whirlpool which had seen better days. This one feels like it has tons more space. There are 2 reasons for docking - the first is that the cool pantry slide out drawer can get off track sometimes (especially when full) - the rest of the drawers/shelves glide easily tho. Also, the stationary shelves (especially the top ones) tend to bow downwards in the middle (even before we had anything on them) - not sure if this is just the way they come or if our installers failed somehow... Minor annoyances aside, it's great in every other way.

We walked in to purchase this fridge as scratch and dent. We took it right home. As they were loading it, the store personnel scraped my truck and tore the back grill off. Once home, the fridge didn't work after assurances at the store that it did. After waiting for an appointment three days later with the geek squad, I was told the front panel had been replaced with the wrong parts from a different fridge. They ordered the new front panel and motherboard as well as the torn back panel. Five days after that, the parts came in and the geek squad came. Back to install them. Finally, ten days after purchase, I had a working fridge and a s ratchet up truck.

Just wish it came with the ice maker in the freezer Too.

Great fridge very quiet good amount of space will recommend

Very, very satisfied with this refrigerator. It replaced a very similar one from Maytag that died after 10 years. This one is very easy to open and close the French Doors and "feels" solid and secure when it is closed. The built-in features really make this feel like a great value for the money. The Best Buy contract installation team did a perfect installation job...exactly on time and very courteous.

Very modern looking, seems to run very efficiently. Quiet but makes weird humming sounds...
