Great value for this fridge, very spacious for big families.

We got this one because it's the only one of this style that fits in our kitchen. My main concern is the ice maker it stopped work and had to be replaced it also drips every time you use it. Now the finish is coming off around the bottom of the opening for the ice maker and Samsung won't do anything about it, When you pay for a premium product you expect a premium product this isn't it.

Never have any doubts when it comes to Samsung products and this did not disappoint. Not the entry level fridge but it was worth the extra money for the ice dispenser. Great overall value.

Great fridge, got it after ours broke so couldn't wait for better sale prices but has great features and great ratings! Need to get used to fingerprints or find a better polish :)!

Very nice. Wish the ice would come out faster but can't have everything.

looks good, storage in door is VERY narrow around ice chute, would have loved if it had soda can storage area, shows EVERY fingerprint

I have had my fridge for almost 2 week now and it is a hit in my new remodeled kitchen. I found that my husband now drinks more water due to the crushed ice option and filtered water. We are in love love love with it. The inside is so big, I am still trying to figure out what to purchase to go into my freezer since we are vegetarians and do not eat meat.

I would recommend this fridge. It has a lot of space.

Lots of room in this fridge; very convenient storage. Also very quiet.

I love my new refrigerator with running water and ice. Also the freezer has a drawer to put smaller items or most used. The temperature is always even and really like the drawer in the refrigerator part which can hold eggs, cheese, lunch meat and small items.

Employee was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining best equipment (Samsung TV; Samsung DVD player equipped for Netflix viewing, and a Sony DVD player) for our needs while considering overall costs. As a consumer I appreciate quality and the fact that Best Buy employs and continues to maintains adequate staff to assist their customers.

Not a problem with the fridge making a noise, things happen, it was the horrible customer service we received after the fact. Can't get through to anyone on the phone, communication between their staff is horrible. We ended up having them take the fridge back and we purchased one elsewhere. Bought "local." Too long to explain, not worth my time. Will never buy from Best Buy again due to this.

I love this fridge. My only complaint is the shelves inside are not tall enough. I have to lay milk and salad dressings down on their sides because it's too tall to stand up.

Several issues with the Ice maker. There appears to be a suit on this issue that is in arbitration. Door storage compartments are cracking and falling apart. I cannot recommend this refrigerator and would advise that if you are looking for a French Door refrigerator, you should consider a different brand.

So I bought this refrigerator and once they delivered it the touch pad was not working, I felt sorry for the delivery guys Gavin came up some flight of stairs so I told them I can wait for them to send a service guy. The service guy came and spend 10 minutes and told me a wire is broken, I called bestbuy and they recommended me call Samsung since I have warranty. Samsung service guy came and they could not repair it and recommend and exchange or refund. The manager at the store originally don't want to do an exchange due to the price I paid for it. So now I am waiting to see if they will now exchange it when contacted by Samsung.

The refrigerator is beautiful, I love how the lights are built into the fridge so that it gives more room. I love the freezer on the bottom with 2 drawers. I was afraid it wouldn't suit my family, but it is way better than I thought.

I was reluctant at first to purchase this refrigerator, since I had read so many negative reports, but so far none of the complaints have come to pass. The refrigerator seems to be running as planed. I've had it a few weeks now with no complaints.

Good fridge, no problems yet and we have been using it for more than year now. In the past we had many issues with side by side but this time it came with a 10 year warranty sticker which gave us confident before buying. Again, great fridge with great space
