I purchased this refrigerator for my home. After receiving lots of compliments from family& friends I decided to use this same product for homes I am rehabbing. This is a great product to feature in the kitchen and each new homeowner loved the refrigerator. Size and style gave the kitchen a great look!!

Looks good, lots of room and well thought out storage.

Needed a new refrigerator for our new house, had a side by side before. These new French doors are very nice, no more bending over looking at the bottom shelves. The bottom freezer is the trade off and we find it more than acceptable. The only feature we don't like is that the cool-select pantry drawer requires opening both doors.

Had this fridge 1 month. Gets a little finger printed and scratched, but they buff out generally. Takes some effort to get the ice/water to switch settings. Love the French Doors and large bottom freezer

The range works great and love the look of the black stainless. The fridge is nice with a lot of space and the black stainless also looks great.

Huge, spacious, great value for the money. Very pleased.

The ice maker is super noisy and the water presser isn't too great. Other than that it gets the job done.

I am so happy with my new refrigerator! When I received it, there was a big "crease" on the stainless steel on the freezer door. But Best Buy stood behind their product and exchanged it out for me. I do wish the sides of it were black instead of the "gray" color.

Love the size but very hard to clean if you ever were to spill something on the inside , but overall love the compartments and removable parts

I am happy with the new Samsung refrigerator. It is functional and stylish. The delivery and set up was great. The lighting inside is nice and bright. The functions are easy to read and easy to use. I appreciate the door alarm when the door doesn't get all the way closed.

New but so far, I am super pleased! Sales staff was helpful. Delivery was good but couldn't find my water line. I had to hire a plumber who found it under my sink! Best Buy then gave me credit for it. Perfect size, easily accessible. Love the French doors and stainless steel.

There could be more shelf room, sometimes it is very crowded in the fridge, we love the freezer part and water feature! Overall a great buy and would highly recommended this product!!!

I like the overall performance of this refrigerator and the space layout. The freezer is nice because you can see what's in there if you load it right. I also like the compact ice maker. It doesn't take up much room.

I wasn't sure about going with one of the usual building supply stores for a frig, microwave, dishwasher and stove. I was hoping for some better customer service and to not be just a number. That did NOT happen. The delivery got delayed. Fine, I was expecting something to happen. Then, they set up the delivery day. I made sure I was going to be there for the delivery. They changed it the night before. She made it sound like it was no big deal and it happens to everyone. It took a lot to get to this point and I was not happy. The delivery finally comes and the microwave was crushed on top, the refrigerator has a ding in the door, the stove has a ding. The dishwasher was the only item that was ok. We could no longer live without appliances. I bent the top of the microwave back up, and we live with the dings. The frig is whiney sounding and loud at times. The right door has a loud squeak every time it opens. The left door needs to be closed first so the door flap doesn't slam the right door. The door flap should automatically straighten out and go back in to place no matter which door closes first. I called and spoke to someone who was not in the mood for me and said she would send a gift card for all out problems. Never got it. I have completed three more kitchens since then, and always went elsewhere. I expected so much more. Very disappointed.

I wish there were more shelves and structure It is huge but when there is lots of produce, things are hard to find but it's new and I love it

I purchased this refrigerator while it was on sale as a replacement for my existing one that was just too small. The bottom freezer section has a large amount of space to keep frozen foods.
