I wasn't sure about going with one of the usual building supply stores for a frig, microwave, dishwasher and stove. I was hoping for some better customer service and to not be just a number. That did NOT happen. The delivery got delayed. Fine, I was expecting something to happen. Then, they set up the delivery day. I made sure I was going to be there for the delivery. They changed it the night before. She made it sound like it was no big deal and it happens to everyone. It took a lot to get to this point and I was not happy. The delivery finally comes and the microwave was crushed on top, the refrigerator has a ding in the door, the stove has a ding. The dishwasher was the only item that was ok. We could no longer live without appliances. I bent the top of the microwave back up, and we live with the dings. The frig is whiney sounding and loud at times. The right door has a loud squeak every time it opens. The left door needs to be closed first so the door flap doesn't slam the right door. The door flap should automatically straighten out and go back in to place no matter which door closes first. I called and spoke to someone who was not in the mood for me and said she would send a gift card for all out problems. Never got it. I have completed three more kitchens since then, and always went elsewhere. I expected so much more. Very disappointed.

This fridge is large and had plenty of room. My wife loves the water dispenser and all of thw options and extras it comes with. We both love the french door space and the bottom drawer freezer not to mention how quiet it is

Freezer space is limited, overall quality is good, icemaker is extremely slow, and onboard control panel is not lite and is difficult to read.

So far it’s done everything I was told it would due the water filter is excellent the only reason I marked down his fingerprints are extremely difficult on

Ice maker bin isn't very large, doesn't hold enough ice for when our family comes for meals, large enough for the two of us, not for 15. Like the flip up shelf for taller bottles, in door storage is nice.

Samsung sometimes get a bad wrap because they say it has more things that can go wrong with them, I don’t find that to be the case, the build is significantly better quality for a comparable price. Better value in my opinion, I rather pay a bit more for a better product.

Love my new fridge. The water and ice dispenser are great, city water is not great but it is good with this fridge a filter. Love the black stainless too looks great.

The installers were great and did a supper job. However after they unpacked it they discovered that the door was damaged. It was replaced fairy quickly.

this is the second samsung refrigerator and it is just as good as the first. i really like the lower freezer option. the water in the door is a must have.

This fridge has a lot of room in it. Great design.

I have had constant problems with water leaking out from under the crisper drawer, looking it up online now, it is a heat transfer probe for the defroster most people say it costs 160 dollars to fix, also the ice maker in the fridge, constantly builds up ice on the maker and you have to take a hair dryer to defrost it to get the ice maker to work again.

Nice features overall and keeps things cool of course. The water/ice dispenser in the front doesn't function very smoothly and ice takes forever.

I like my new refrigerator, but the one thing I do not like is the icemaker inside the refrigerator. Otherwise it would've been five stars. The freezer holds all my frozen food easily.

"Upgraded" to Stainless Steel Appliances, this was well worth the $$ - especially since it was on sale! Our Kenmore would vary on temps and humidity, items would freeze in the fridges top shelf, not in the new Samsung our bagged salads" even last longer! Very Impressed

I bought this fridge as part of a package to update my rental to prepare it for sale. My home sold quickly in part because the people really liked the quality and look of the samsung line.

Stylish, works well, ample space, I can't open the ice maker...the instructions to open ice maker are not clear.
