Like the fridge a lot very easy to setup and convenient access. Fits through a 32" door but have to take the door off as well as the fridge doors but very easy.

I have had side by side and there is just so much more room to navigate with the double doors and freezer on the bottom. I have another refrig (LG) with the freezer on the bottom but it has a door and I much prefer the pull out drawer..

We bought a fridge from another retailer a couple years ago. Different brand. Total nightmare. We just bought this one from Best Buy and we are totally happy. The installers were great! This one have very good design, features and quality. Lover it!!!

I have had Samsung appliances in the past. this far inferior to those. Handles were unable to be installed because they were defective, ice maker gives me 6 cubes per day, extremely limited space for tall items like KETCHUP bottles. Regretting this purchase.

Really good Fridge so far. The only problem we have with it is we get a mix of small and big ice cubes when the large cubes are selected. Everything else has been great.

This and some other similar samsung models have water leaking issues. Google 'samsung refrigerator water leak'.

We are happy with the Fridge. This is the quietest fridge we have had. Keeps things cold/cool as desired. Serves ice as desired. The cold water is great! First unit delivered had some broken parts in the shelving, so Best Buy quickly replaced it. We are well satisfied!

Energy efficient and has lots of great features. The fridge was delivered with a dent in door. Replacement door was ordered for us.

Very nice looking fridge, features work very well. Ice maker takes up more space inside than I would have expected.

The many options of how to arrange the shelves really helps with the lack of space behind the water and ice dispenser.

The refrigerator is a good overall value. The only negative is the water dispenser sometimes drips when not in use.

This refrigerator works great and has lot of room in it, only thing I find wrong is that it takes a long time to get a glass of ice, very slow

This french door refrigerator is a great addition to our kitchen. Water is nice and cold and dispenser area is big enough for larger cups and pitchers. The freezer drawers are nice and roomy and flow back n forth with ease. We love all the adjustable areas. Looks and works great!

I got my refrigerator about a month ago, and I'm loving it. I love the space and lighting and the storage. Thanks very much.

This fridge is awesome. The price is about the same everywhere else so that wasn't a turn off for me. The fridge is big enough to fit items for a family of 6-8. I love having double doors for the whole fridge and the freezer on the bottom is huge!

everything we could've hoped for, the French doors and the water dispenser are great. Glad we spent a little more on this

Going from a side by side fridge with water dispenser on the door to this one is like coach to first class. Although the cubic foot numbers are similar, the use of interior space is perfect for our needs and frankly you can get to anything quickly. We love it.

Product Appearance is good. I feel like I have less freezer space than my side by side. Cold section is definitely larger though.

Wife thought she wouldn't like the bottom freezer but she loves it more. If you didn't buy buy Samsung you didn't get the best bang for your buck. Appliances look great and operate even better. I spent less on this package than GE Slate and love these much better.

I love this fridge but the ice maker has needed service twice in 2 years.
