Looking for a great price on a side by side refrigerator...then Best Buy is the place to go!! I searched so many sites, store newspaper ads and online and Best Buy had the best deal anywhere. Brought my fridge home and it is beyond my expectations for function, design and proper shelf placement. Also had in the door water/ice which raised the price in other stores

I am a Samsung individual and have a major tendency to go with Samsung products. However, after this fridge was in place and running, I probably would have picked this fridge even if I did not favor the brand. My only complaint with this fridge is that the ice maker constantly makes noise, even if the ice bucket is already full. Other than that, I love everything about it. It was set up and running within minutes. The product looks wonderful in our kitchen. Fridge looks empty even when we have a lot of food in there because the amount of space that it has to offer.

This fridge has tons of room and we love all the features it has. The alarm is great. The kids tend to leave it open while they get what they need and if it is open too long, an alarm will sound. The water spout is angled differently than our last one and we have had a few spills, but once you get used to it, it is fine. The black stainless looks very modern and has given our kitchen an updated look.

This is a replacement of identical fridge in stainless steel that died after 8 months. But this new one I just love. The black stainless steel is the way to go. Stainless steel was very hard to clean. This one cannot be prettier and never gets finger prints. Let's hope this one last awhile! Thank goodness for geek squad insurance. Water and ice come out great, this isn't loud, good room.very happy with this purchase.

This fridge is great for space. Terrible ice maker. Makes obnoxiously loud noise at all hours of the day and night. Very loud.

I had lots of options 2 pick from and I’m really glad that I went this pick. It does everything that I need it 2 do and plenty of space for storage. Just be carful with the bottom door when u have toddlers around. Once they know how to open it they love playing with it and will knock the plastic piece off it’s tracks. It’s an easy fix but just warning u all

The fridge looks great! The stainless steel is beautiful and looks great inside too. Feels and looks much more expensive than what it is sold for. The ice maker does make a lot of noise but you can turn it off from the touch screen after you have enough ice. It doesn't give off any heat at all. Build solid. I was weary because there were multiple complaints but so far no problem for me.

So for I'm pleased with this refrigerator. Reaches desired temperature quickly and its energy efficient. Great looking, lots of space, great value. Some people complain about the unit being too noise but according to my experience its not. Don't get me wrong you are able to hear it working but it is a normal level of sound and you will notice it only if your are paying attention to it. Great buy!

Fridge is great, big looks nice. Water dispenser stinks. The part the water comes out is way to close to the edge so if you have a small child’s cup and push it back the water misses it completely and just goes all over the floor. Very annoying

Love the color, it matches everything else in my kitchen. And love how spacious it is!

Love how much room it has and how bright the light is. Also like that you can adjust the temp in the drawers. Does show fingerprints more than I thought. Makes a slight humming noise at times. My older fridge seemed a little quieter

Very spacious and beautiful I love it. I have been wanting a fridge for a while and I'm so glad I purchased this one. Wasn't looking for freezer space and even this is amazing fits way more than I would have though. But the refrigerator is amazing!!!

Bought this fridge for our new home. Fridge matches other appliances very well and a perfect fit for our fridge space. The temp settings are easy to adjust. Lighting inside is very pleasant. Also very spacious on the inside. The upper doors don't close very easily like our older ( and cheap) fridge, but the alarm on it lets you know if it's left open. All around, I'd recommend this fridge to anyone.

This refrigerator is very user friendly as the front panel easily switches from water to ice (crushed and cubes) as well as power save and lock options at the fingertips. It is very good looking as well as the stainless front and handles accent any kitchens. The room inside is also nice with adjustable shelves in the refrigerated side and sliding shelve in the freezer section. This product is very user friendly and looks great!

Fridge works fine, for about 2 years. We purchased this fridge in 2014. Two weeks ago, the fan started making noise due to ice buildup behind the cooling panel in back. We also smelled burning coming from the fridge. We removed the panel, since the 1 year warranty was already expired.... We found a giant block of ice, and burned/melted plastic and Styrofoam. After fighting with Samsung for days, they finally sent someone for a repair. Temp sensor went out, which caused the defrost heater to stay on too long, melting the plastic. It then would not turn back on, causing the ice buildup and fan noise. Stay away.

Love this fridge. Lots of cool features and plenty of space for all storage needs. The only reason it's lost a star is because of the shelves in the door where the water dispenser is- they are shaped strange and are too tight for most things.

Ice maker already stopped working, We tried resetting and replacing, reached out to Samsung after finding this is a common issue. Samsung has denied that it is a known issue because the reports are coming from "forums". Samsung has told us to figure out the problem by ourselves and spend more money on this. I guess they don't stand behind their product if it can't work for more than a few years with an issue.

I like it a lot, big with adjustable shelves. My is, is that you can’t see the digital display because it is so dark.

This is a very spacious french door refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispensor. All the shelves are well designed and well placed throughout the interior. A very spaciout freezer.The only feature that is disapointing is the method for removing the ice maker drawer for obtaining a large amount of ice. It requires that you lift it up in the front section and pull it out. It is very difficult to achieve.

First refrigerator in 19 year. Like how much space and shelving flexibility on top section. Seals good when either door is opened. The unit is very large, had to remove some trim and have an extra hand to get it into house and set up.
