I do love this fridge but I noticed a few months ago that the installers forgot a piece of it. Therefore it is not complete. I love that it always has ice! Love the food showcase.

I've been very happy with the refrig. I purchased it out box and have had no problems. The dimness of the light you adjust too compared to a bulb and it becomes a mute point. You also adjust to how to open the double door access; now it is second nature. all and all the price and performance is great.

Had this for almost two weeks now and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think the drawers are a little small. By that I mean they could go a little further back to make them bigger.

I thought the beverage door was going to be a gimick, but we actually use it all the time. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating was because the water pump for the ice machine is loud.

If only I had got the finger print free. I didn't think it would matter much, but does it ever! It always looks dirty, even if I just cleaned it.

This was a major step up from our last fridge, I really like the through the door concept and love the ice maker. my favorite part of this fridge is the on screen thermometer, being a chef, that is very important to me to make sure that my home product is held at the correct temperature.

We bought this back in 2016 , 4 yrs ago and zero problems with it. Just need to replace water filter regularly but other than that it’s a great buy !!

We've had ours 3-4 months now and are very happy with it. I was a little worried about the ice maker before we bought it, but it has worked great. The controls are easy even for our 5 year old. Makes plenty of ice and no leaks from the water at all. Overall very happy with it.

at first the fridge chimed constantly but it ended up being a door out of alignment and GEEK squad corrected the problem in a VERY timely manner Thanks to them

Level at installation, open fridge door, no squeak. Add 20 lbs to freezer, open fridge door, it squeaks. Level again, no squeak. Add more weight, open door, it squeaks again. Make any weight change, open doors and enjoy squeak. Add own music to enjoy more, or buy another brand with no squeaks. No more Samsung fridge for us! :-/ :-)

Only thing I didn't like is that it was missing an egg tray and I had to order one, you would think that since it was not cheap they could've included it without extra cost.

I love this fridge. The door opening and having easy access to the door items is amazing. The digital screen is nice and easy to use. Samsung makes a great product. Love it.

So far love this refrigerator,as it looks great, easy to use menu settings, and the convenient outer fridge door to get at things without completely opening the whole door.

Love the appliance. I love it even more that it has an option with Best Buy to help me out if it were to have an issue and the food spoils.

System works flawlessly. Only complaint that I have is that ther is some clean up needed around the seems and seals as some other reviews mentioned. Was easy enough for me to clear up, but it truly should come from the factory correct.

This Refrigerator is great. The full size peak door and metal cooling are awesome. The only con is the drawers could move in and out smother.
