Very happy with this machine. It's so quiet and does better job than our Bosch that died after only a few years. I really like the end cycle feature that pops the door open to help with drying.

still very quiet, easy to install and plenty of room

We had Best Buy replaced our 1.5yr old Samsung Dishwasher due to a leaking door that could not be fixed. That style unit was no longer available so we ended up swapping out with a model just under the one we had. Same keypad functions but not a Wi-Fi unit. Not that we really needed it. We would have liked if this model came with adjustable racks. It did not. The door does pop open to allow for some additional drying at the end of the cycle. It helps but some of the top rack always has water remaining on some items. While I'm at it with the door, it seals just fine but it is truly flimsy with no real spring action to give it some tension. It will drop rather fast after going pas that "pop" open part for drying. This is a negative for us. There is a PowerWash function on the bottom of the tub but it seems to be just a sales gimmick and actually doesn't serve our needs at all. Overall, the dishwasher gets the job done. It's a slight bit noisier with a flimsy door, At least this one doesn't leak - for now. If you're shipping for a dishwasher, unless you don't mind something that feels like builder grade quality, then look at some other models that have adjustable rack features and a sturdier door.

I absolutely love this dishwasher. It is quiet and cleans the dishes better than any other dishwasher we’ve owned. I especially love the 3 rd rack!! Highly recommend.

We had our dishwasher installed 3 weeks ago. We think it does a great job cleaning dishes, glasses and silverware. The silverware comes out better than we have ever seen it, We love the fact that we can set the washer for the lower rack only, We have not used the 3rd rack but it is nice to have. We downloaded the Samsung SmartThings app and added the dishwasher to our wi-fi network. When the cycle is finished we get a message on my phone and on our Samsung Smart TV. The unit is quiet, You can barely hear it. Needless to say we would recommend this Samsung Dishwasher.

Everything that this product says it is and can do it does it and the sound is quite and low. We love that it opens right after. We recommend this product.

Great dishwasher. Leaves dishes spotless and almost silent when running! Great value for the price too.

The dishwasher was easy to install. The only downfall is it is a 1/4” narrower than the previous model. Dishwasher leaked out the door on a very small load but never again with regular loads Still would highly recommend as it cleans very well.

We have been using this dishwasher for about a year We are happy with the quality of the wash cycles. We usually only run the lower rack cycle. Like the fact that the door opens slightly at the end of the cycle to allow dishs to cool and steam to escape. It sends a message to our Samsung TV when cycle is finished. Minimal noise while performing the wash cycles.

The difference between this dishwasher and my previous was night and day. Installation was simple. the features are amazing. the AutoRelease is a gamechanger. it releases the steam and prevents the dishes from collecting condensation. the 3rd rack is very useful and the design is incredible.

I'm still getting used to this new dishwasher but it cleans very good. It surprised me that the door popped open after the cycle was done. I like the top tray for silverware.

I bought this dishwasher and was pleased with the cleaning capability and the smart features. However, we did not like the drying performance. The specs say it has heated dry, and maybe it does but it does not dry at all like a traditional dishwasher with a heat element inside. I read in the documentation that using the sanitation option will help to dry the dishes better. It did work better but after spending this much I just wanted dry dishes like what my old dishwasher could do. I know some people do use the heated dry at all because they think it uses too much power. If you’re that kind of person this dishwasher will be perfect for you. I ultimately sent this one back and pay a little more for the 42 dba Samsung unit with the heated smart dry. That one dries very good and I didn’t mind may a couple of hundred more to know my dishes will be dry when I take them out. The other thing I didn’t like about this unit for that the countdown timer was on top of the unit. You cant really see it when the door is closed. The upgraded model has the number displayed on the front of the unit you can see it from across the room no problem.

Cleans completely. Very quiet. Replaced an older samsung where motor burned out after 15 years.

Super quiet washing. The 3rd tray for utensil is great. Thedish washer door automatically opens at the end of the dry cycle to aid in drying.

This dishwasher does not have heated dry. The way it "dries" the dishes it it opens the door automatically at the end of the cycle. The water is pretty hot at that point, so it "air dries" the dishes. This makes it energy efficient. However, the dishes don't get as dry as they do with a machine with heated dry. It's mostly in areas that water "pools", like in a spoon that was loaded "spoon side up". JetDry is your friend as well - it helps with the overall drying process. The connectivity features are really cool, and it's a quiet machine. So, if it dried better I'd give it 5 stars but the air drying really doesn't do as good a job as heated dry.

Had a older samsung model break down so upgraded to this model. Love the third rack for silverware but wish that since i opted for that one that the bottom rack wasn’t taken up by even more silverware baskets. The racks raise and lower easy and the apps UI is quite easy to navigate. The count down timer and doir popping open to dry is a nice feature. I do wish this one had martini and wine glass holders like my previous model though.
