Worse buy ever!!!

It doesn't clean well, it has a water wall that keeps the machine from distributing water properly to the upper and lower portions of the dish machine. I've had it for 6 months and it hasn't performed well at all. For a $1,000 machine it should perform much better

Open box doesn't worth it

It didn't work for any single function and when I called the squad to come and inspect, they told me that it's not functioning! Now I have to return it and get another item. I wouldn't recommend buying any open box item.

Not worth the price

I have water treatment in house so it is not water quality. It is rack quality. Neither Best Buy or Samsung will support it. I suppose I expected more from a "top of the line" dishwasher. My last (much cheaper) one lasted years before I had any issues.

Does not work brand new

Our electrician confirmed electrical current to the unit and proper hook up, just would not power on. Called Samsung also to troubleshoot and make sure there was not some trick and nope, just doesn't work. Returning it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We’ve had this dishwasher for almost 5 years now. It is by far the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I can’t hear it running at all from 10 ft away. It cleans very well. The adjustable racks and the 3rd rack make fitting everything in a breeze. The door automatically opens for the last 10 minutes of drying, so things actually get dry inside. It dings pleasantly at the beginning and end of those last 10 minutes - though that can be shut off. The smart features are very helpful - including letting me know when it is out of rinse solution. We have had zero problems. The normal cycle takes around 2.5 hours, which seems a bit excessive. But we use the auto cycle - as recommended by the Smart Things app - which automatically detects soil/grease level, and usually results in a shorter wash cycle.

Bad door design

Avoid WaterWall

The waterwall piece would come off the rail. After *multiple* visits from a tech to fix the issue, it was less than a year before it broke again, with the same exact issue.

Wish I had kept my Maytags

A piece inside seems to not be connected to anything. I can’t tell and I’m not even surprised. I bought all Samsung appliances and have had the worst experience with Best Buy. After 3 months, I can’t get functioning appliances. It is too much for a person to handle.

Never buying a product from Best buy again
