    It is an amazing washer. it has so many different wash cycles. I have been able to wash my husbands work clothes with ease and they are spotless!

    Had to return the first one because it was damaged. The replacement is defective and won't drain. Pulled washer, checked drain line, filter, and impeller. There were no obstructions.

    Very large. I do have trouble reaching bottom of washer and I’m 5’2”. Haha but I still love it. Very quiet. Plays a little tune at end of cycle!

    Its a joke, bottom rack is useless. Put a pan with oil on it, after heavy program with zone and speed booster you remove exactly the same dirty pan as you put to wash

The entire cutlery rack can be removed if more space is needed on the upper rack for more oversized items.

    works well until it doesn't! breaking down in less than 18 months. purchased this 'quiet' dishwasher less than 2 years ago and it is already sounding like something is scraping. No use for it when it's suppose to be quiet

    This dishwasher is the only samsung product that we are unhappy with. It does not dry the dishesand it does a terrible job cleaning them. I wish we would have never bought it

    Doesn’t clean the dishes

    I am not happy with this dish washer. It does not clean the dishes at all. I always have to hand wash the dishes before putting them away. It is extremely small as well.

    Terrible experience. Came damaged inside but could only notice after wife told me she was having difficulties pushing the bottom drawer inside. Horrible support.

    Serious mechanical issues

    Had it for 6 months and first the auto release stopped working and then now it will not start and stuck on auto. Trying to get Samsung out has been a challenge. Still waiting for repairs.

    Dishwasher leaks. Probably more of an issue with the incompetent Best Buy installers, but we’ve had two of these installed and both have had significant issues.

    This dishwasher leaks!!!!

    This is my second dishwasher. The first one I purchased from the Best Buy outlet in “excellent condition” the day it was supposed to be installed turns out the installers were missing a piece, so they left it in my dining room. When they came back a few days later to install it, it was missing a foot but they were able to install it anyways and order the foot. It was leaning slightly but we turned it on Only to find that it was leaking!! We figured maybe it was leaking because of the missing foot. The foot got installed and we ran the dishwasher only to find it was still leaking. We called Best Buy and had it returned and purchased a brand new Samsung dishwasher only to find that it’s leaking again. Called Best Buy who sent someone over almost a week later who couldn’t figure it out. I’m calling Best Buy again to have this dishwasher returned. Can it be that I got two lemons??? I purchased the first one on November 1st! It’s almost the new year and I think I’m becoming a professional hand dishwasher. The only thing that this dishwasher is good for is being a glorified drying rack. Waste of time and money. Altogether we have had 8 visits from geek squad and no resolution with this last appointment taking a week to get someone to come out. The only thing that I got from this dishwasher is water damage to the cabinets around the dishwasher and a whole lot of frustration.

    This started leaking the first week I got it basically shooting water from the sides of the door. I would stay away of that mechanism in this dishwasher (washstorm).
