Great washer. Only disappointed in the customer satisfaction process. The product came with a broken drain tube and water supply line. Was easier just to replace myself. Bestbuy sent me to Samsung unless I wanted to return and purchase a new one. We needed one now so i repaired and moved on with my life.

Be careful with Installer Hired by Best Buy. They are Scammer recommending the unnecessary work & modification before Installation of equipment you purchased from Best Buy. Best Buy did not any action for their installer although multiple complains & phone calls. There are dozens complains & bad reviews while BestBuy still giving work to them

DON'T WASTE MONEY ON ANY EXTRA COVERAGE

It worked great for a month. After about a month it stopped working one day and there were parts that fell out from the bottom of the machine. Best Buy installed it and I bought their 1 year protection. Despite this I cannot get anyone out to my house to repair the item. I have called multiple time and am told that they will call back with an appointment time. I never get the call back. If you do buy this don't buy any coverage, it's worthless and you'll just waste your time trying to get someone to come out to your home.

The appliance is great, but I wish I'd gone with another company because I can't use it because they dumped it in my kitchen and left. I paid for install, but they didn't and when I called Best Buy I was told to just call geek squad, even though I paid for install

The dishwasher is exceptionally quiet. We can hardly hear it run. Dishes clean and dry when the cycle completes. At the end of the cycle, to complete drying, the door gets kicked open to allow drying to complete. Dishes are ready to be put away in the morning

Changing from an oollldddd model. This new one does the job and is so quiet, you need to check and make sure you do not open when running. Love the silverware rack versus simple basket. keeps utensils separated and gets them clean.

Problems with dishwasher and tech support

The first one was dented and was unable to turn the cycle off until we switched the breaker. We waited five days and tthe second one had the same problem unable to switch off it has now been two weks before the tech is due out

Got robbed by Best Buy

Worth experience I have had with Best Buy so far , bought dishwasher which came in the box all sealed. Opened it , no manual , no screws , no plugs , no brackets , nothing. Went back to the store on Congress ave and Old Boynton , everyone from the manager to cashier keep telling me that dishwasher comes with out those parts. So I keep asking how do you sell a dishwasher without a manual and installation parts? I offered to buy them , they can’t sell that to me , because apparently they don’t have them in the store. So I had to buy new dishwasher and pay $247 for installation , installers apparently got all the parts.
Which makes no sense period.
BEST BUY JUST ROBED ME FOR $247
