They said they couldn't deliver & install it until 2 weeks later on a Saturday around 5pm. That wasn't great but I could live with it. On that Sat. they didn't show up at the scheduled time but messaged that they would be a little late. Time went by and I kept getting messages that they were still on their way. Last message was around 9:30 pm. A total no-show and now phone call. I was really irritated as they had really messed up my Saturday. On Tuesday, I received a message to reschedule. I'm still thinking it over.

NOISY dishwasher
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product in May 2023, September 2023 I started to experience issues with the noise level being so loud I am unable to run the dishwasher when I am in the kitchen or living room. The dishwasher is sold as a 48 dBA dishwasher as the description clearly states. The average dBA it currently runs at is 68 dBA and much higher. The dishwasher also gives off a scent of bearing grease (mechanical NOT food related) when running. 2 service appointments and ZERO resolution. 2nd service appointment the man was extremely RUDE and refused to listen to me. I WANT MY A REFUND and come get this terrible appliance.

The lower rack has been specially designed for dinner dishes, soup bowls, plates, pots, lids, casserole dishes, and plates.
If your round bowls do not fit the dishwasher, we suggest you adjust the height of the lower rack.
Please see pages 14 to 19 under the "Height adjustment and the loading of the dishwasher" section of the manual for more details.

Absolutely abysmal like all Samsung appliances

Spent hours taking it apart and cleaning any potential issues and still cannot get a fully cleaned load. Please save your money.
