Beautiful addition to my kitchen. It is quiet and very sturdy.

Very quiet! I love the autoRelease; where the door opens when cycle has completed to allow to air dry. The inside tub is truly Stainless Steel and will not rust as other brands begin to rust after less than 3 weeks of use. LOVE MY SAMSUNG!

it,s a lot quieter then the other dishwasher and we like that you put silverware on tray rather than in the baskets. i also like it because the dish baskets seem much sturdier. all are stainless steel as well as the dooor.

Really quiet don't even know that it is operating. Lots of storage. Love the top rack for spatulas, tongs, wisks, etc.

Very quiet. Opens when done which I like. Third rack is very useful. Ideal for bottle parts. I don’t like the bottom rack loading pattern as much as previous models.

I replaced 10yrs+ old unit. Works great just like I expected. I like the fact that you can only load lower tray and concentrate there o it saving water and energy. Rinse aid works great and needed where I live with hard water leaving water marks. Great buy !

Running for a few weeks now. Love Samsung products, but a few Cons here. - Install a little tough due to almost 0 space between the back of the unit and the floor. There is nowhere for hoses and power to rest. Had to pull slack into adjacent cabinet. Other dishwashers have space or an opening near the floor on the back for hoses and power. - Not Heated Dry cycle? There is a Sanitize setting, but it adds about 32 minutes to the cycle. - The top silverware rack is useless. It takes up valuable space for the main top slide out. I removred it to allow taller cups, etc to be washed in the top slide out. - Downloadable cycles? Just add them to the washer without needing an app or Internet connection.

Quiet Machine. Wish it had a rinse cycle. Plastic items don't completely dry. Otherwise works well!
