We didn’t know and just assumed it was supposed to hang that way. It was very frustrating. We looked at it closer after getting very irritated and realized the clip was broken off. Tried chatting online and got nowhere, called in to speak with someone letting them know exactly what it was that was broken, sent pictures of the part and of the serial numbers…the repair guy still showed up with everything but what we needed. Made a second appointment for the next day because he said the part would be in. Got a text message that the second appointment was rescheduled for another 3 days due to waiting on the part. The repair guy has been nice, but I had sent photos of exactly what was needed to the person I initially spoke with. It’s been frustrating. It’s being held together with zip ties right now

Best Bang for your Buck

I currently upgraded my dishwasher and samsung has always been the appliances I rely on. Usually they are a tad more pricey then things like GE but you will get you value plus high korean standard of quality
