The geek squad guys were very professional with installation and removal. It also comes with auto-release by the way.

After installation - the delivery person went over how to work it and it was so easy. The DW we had prior was very loud. This seems to be so quiet especially when going through the cycles. So far so good!

I have had a number of Samsung appliances and always been very satisfied with them. This was no different. Easy to install (I did it myself) and is quiet, efficient, very effective and great value. Highly recommended
