This dishwasher has so much storage capacity compared to our old one. All the controls are easy to use and being on top makes it look so clean. Great dishwasher.

Works great and very quiet! Great value for the money. Read instructions as it’s a normal setting for the door to open when completed.

This dishwasher is a joke. While it does clean well and is quiet, the door opens and is a trip/fall hazard. Anything could fly into or crawl into your clean dishes since the door is wide open! I don’t know why this seems like a good option…who wants mold to grow above their dishwasher on the ceiling? Granted, we live in a very humid area, but this just cannot be sanitary, and definitely is not safe. BAD JOB Samsung….shame on your engineers!

I especially like the way the door opens when tje cycle is done. It lets me know i have clean dishes.

Do not like the design of the bottom rake. I like that when wash is finished the door opens slightly. I like that the controls are on the top of door.

If your looking for a great dishwasher here is one for you. The top rack can be moved up and down for different size dishes with ease

Instillation company was fine but hose was broken had to splice into my old hose told I would be contacted by Best Buy for replacement no word installed a few weeks ago.

Arrived with small dent in door panel. Almost impossible to penetrate the Best Buy website.

Overall happy, do wish top rack was a little higher

This appliance looks great! I really like the fact that does not have a namebrand tag on it. It looks great with the other appliances in my kitchen suite. A lot of people mentioned the issue with the door opening once the cycles complete. I thought this was going to be something that I was not going to like. But I am pleasantly surprised. The door opens, but only slightly. My dishes are almost completely dry thanks to the air circulation with the door open for a short period of time. I added a rinse aid, and my glasses come out absolutely crystal clear.

Ordered a cheaper dishwasher but that waa a bad option. Samsung is a better brand as it cleans the dishes better and ia quiter. Sometimes the door wont close or lock but overall, I like it. The installation didnt screw in the appliance so make sure they do that!!!
