The bottom freezer drawer never opened smoothly. The top drawers were so cheap and flimsy feeling when opening. The ice maker made the worst ice ever. It was as if it only made crushed ice and no cubes. Geek Squad made a call to look. They said it was the way the ice is frozen. It makes it crack into pieces. Ridiculous. we had a big area to put it into and it still stuck out so far it blocked our spice cabinet next to it. Stainless was okay but seemed to pick up some kind of a film all the time. Had to wipe it down continuously 2nd Samsung refrigerator and def our last. I expected better quality.

The condensation was still there after I turned off the e-saver button. I contacted the store to ask whether this was normal for Samsung's refrigerator, and I was told it's not and was advised to contact manufacturer. Now I just had it about a month, and have contacted Samsung several times. Their service was bad, and I didn't know yet what they are going to do with the unit. Didn't know what the fate of this unit will be in Samsung's hands. On the other hand, Best buy offered free delivery and installation which sounded great. However, be careful, as they didn't warrant the installation. If there may be an issue involved with the installation, they won't do anything, but push you to the manufacturer, which I don't think it's a good service. Very disappointed with the product, and services from two Big names.
