It leaks water. It makes us unplug it and try to get it to defrost. It sounds like we have a propeller constantly going in our house. I've had service out twice. I've had to unplug it more than that. This is NOT what you want to bring home if you want a low to no maintenance item. We are SO disappointed.

Reverse osmosis filter for ice & water. Top French doors bottom freezer. It's capacity is smaller than my previous GE Profile. But all in all a good update in White

The water dispenser inside the door is hard to hold a cup to making it difficult to use. It doesn't have a traditional lever. But it's cold and for the sale price and bundle discount it works for us

Ice Maker takes over a week to fill pan.

I chose the Samsung as it had items similar to my other refrigerator. However, the ice maker is extremely slow to produce ice. It takes a week to fill the ice pan. The drawers don't pull out easily either. I'm disappointed in the refrigerator. I even looked for a different one after it was delivered but was not able to find a different brand in stock. I'll probably replace it as soon as supplies increase.

The sound is equivalent to a 2 liter bottle popping when the plastic is crushed and then expands. The sound is every 10-15 minutes. It is a common compliant that Samsung was unable to help with even though its covered under warranty. Save yourself the hassle and annoyance and buy a different fridge!!! I had previously submitted a 5 star review on a previous unit before experiencing the popping sound, so i would recommend taking other 5 star reviews with a grain of salt.
