I love that it has separate compressors one for the fridge and one for the freezer. It keeps your grocery, meats and other foods fresh. Very elegant and energy saver. Great fridge and really good for the price. However, this fridge makes terrible sounds at night.

I bought this Samsung 4 months ago and the pain started to come off

I walk into my beautiful new $50k kitchen and see the casters under this fridge. Come on Samsung, put a toe kick on these models.

The stainless steel refrigerator rusts. Sounds bizarre right? I've had it 2 months and have only cleaned it with a damp cloth. Samsung says it's a cosmetic thing and isn't covered by warranty. I say you should avoid this product.

The refrigerator does very adaquately keep things cold. But there are two problems. 1.) The ice cubes occasionally stick togather with 4 or more units. The size of the cubes can not be changed. 2.) Frost forms at the top of the freezer.

Number 1 the handle to the refrigerator section detached itself when I pulled it open. Number two call the Geek Squad Sunday September 15th stated that it's been 15 days unable to send someone to help and I didn't have the coverage. Next , I have to call the manufacturer of the refrigerator ..Why? it is 30 days old. I'd like a brand new refrigerator delivered to my home ASAP please. Schedule call back today 12 noon September 16th 2019. If no resolution will contact NBC investigation. Full paid the amount for this refrigerator on my credit card..

So I like the fridge; don't get me wrong. However; you pay extra for the "new hotness" which is black stainless... then you get the fridge... and the side panel is plain-old-cheap-fridge-black. even with the finished cabinet panel surrounding the fridge, this will show. NOT OK SAMSUNG! I have never had a complaint about Samsung but this is really inexcusable.

Will never buy this refrigerator again or another Samsung refrigerator. It has a Facebook group because it has a lot of claims . Wish I ran into the group before I purchased. Since I got the fridge it’s been nothing but problems for motherboard which had to be replace and also 2 service calls for leaking water inside and onto my floors .

This refrigerator is so pretty. There is so much storage I don't even know what to do with it! I opted for the bottom drawer because of the versatility and I'm so happy I did! It's so quiet, I love it. I love that the water dispenser is completely out of the way. It gives you so much more room. no more bulky brita pitcher that you have to keep refilling! The freezer also has a lot more room than I anticipated. Love love LOVE this refrigerator. The only down side is the ice maker. It makes so little ice, but it does make ice quickly so it's not that bad. I just need to remind my husband that when we have parties, to not use that ice for coolers or anything large, so we can have ice on hand for drinks.

This fridge is great. I love how much room it has and loving the French doors. We previously had one of the old fridges that has the freezer on top. The fridge is very bright but not too bright that you'll be blinded opening it in the middle of the night. There are multiple ways to set up the fridge to accommodate tall items. The only thing that bugs me about the fridge is that it can be noisy and occasionally makes these popping noises but you can only hear this when you are in the same room.

I was almost scared off by the negative reviews, until I noticed most of them were years old. Even though it's so much easier doing research online, I decided to head down to the store in person so I could talk to a real-life human who had more experience than a consumer who'd only owned 2 refrigerators. We spoke with a very helpful and friendly Best Buy rep who had sold many of these units. He said that any model of appliance, when it first debuts, has kinks to work out. But as they get feedback from customers, they do running corrections on the model. So the refrigerator you buy today, even though it has the same model number, is different and improved from the one people bought years ago. The manufacturer simply doesn't want to spend money fixing a problem if they can eliminate it in production. So far, our fridge has been running without problems. It makes noises when it makes ice, and some other miscellaneous noises I can't explain. But other than that, it's very quiet. The ice maker is the biggest problem (which isn't that bad) in that ice will fall out when you open the freezer door. The back of the ice maker doesn't come up high enough to keep the ice in, and there's no way to add a makeshift barrier because the ice maker has to pass through that section. Oh well. The Black Friday price couldn't be beat and I can live with it. The water dispenser trigger is below the spout, so you can press it down with the water glass. It took getting used to, since our last fridge had a button above the spout, but now I love it because you don't need two hands to use it. It does come out with considerable velocity, so be careful. If I don't hold smaller cups just right, it comes out the other side. I do like this fridge a lot. It's roomy, easy to adjust shelves, has ample door storage, doesn't freeze things in the back, looks good, and works well in a tight space. Hopefully this keeps up!

I may be overly generous with this review because it is such a huge upgrade from the ancient p.o.s. I had before. Overall I'm happy with it. Sleek, lots of space. Design makes everything accessible. Food does not get pushed into the abyss never to be seen again. 2 things I don't like about this refrigerator. #1 Water dispenser is on the inside so the door must stay open to get water. I wouldn't mind except the water stream is so weak that filling up a large cup of water takes over a minute and a half causing the cold air to escape. It's also in a very awkward spot inside, making certain cups unusable. The design causes poor energy efficiency. Honestly I just use my filtered pitcher for water still to avoid the hastle. #2 The only other gripe is the same one I read about before I made the purchase. It's a little noisy. Not just from ice dropping but a weird continuous buzz. Sometimes it becomes much louder then usual . Doesn't bother me too much but it is noticeable .

I absolutely love this fridge! It's super spacious! I do a lot of gardening in the summer months and now that I have an overwhelming abundance of produce waiting to either be eaten up the way it is or waiting for me to have time to can it all, it all fits in the huge drawers and on the wide shelves...with lots of room to spare. I can actually still see what is in the back of the shelves. No more jumbled chaos! The water dispenser in the inside is perfect and my daughter, who is 4, loves to pull her step stool underneath it to grab her own water. She thinks that, along with the huge ice tray in the freezer is really neat! I agree with her 100%! The only thing that is a little annoying, is the the left door has the extra door flap that doesn't always pop out and I need to manually do that by hand. Overall, this fridge is awesome!

First, Best Buy Delivery was great, a little late but professional. The good: This fridge is nice, It looks great, is bright inside and has more than enough room for whatever you want to put in it. Nice controls inside the door. The Bad: There was a dent in the top of the left door. There is no bottom trim panel below the freezer door, so there is a 3 to 4 inch gap between the bottom of the freezer door and the floor. They could have spent the extra five bucks and put a trim piece at the bottom of this fridge. Also, this thing is loud!! I thought a plane was taking off the first night I sat in my living room and I heard this thing come on. With all the technology we have there is no excuse for this. One more thing, the delivery driver had me sign off on his sheet for no damage and so forth. All the plastic was left on the fridge for me to remove and that's when I saw the dent. I also did NOT receive a copy of what I signed. I didn't like that one bit. Overall: It's a nice fridge. Obviously better than what I had. I would only recommend this because of the room and well lit.

I love everything about this refrigerator. I read reviews on this product and many others on many different websites before I purchased this one. I recall some people talking about temperature issues. I've not had a single one. It is still on the temperatures I set it on and my food is perfectly cold. I also recall people saying it was a little noisy. It is not noisy at all unless you are bugged by the 15 seconds of soft water sound when it is filling up the ice maker. It fits perfectly in the space I have it in. It looks great. I love the water inside the fridge. I had to get a new fridge because having the water and ice on the outside was causing problems on my cork flooring when water would drip or an ice cube would escape. There are lots of little things that are great. The bright lighting is terrific because I can always see everything. I love that the top drawer of the freezer comes out with the door so you don't have to mess with anything to get to the ice. There are only two things I wish were a little different but I really hardly care about either of them and neither outweighs all of the good stuff. First, I wish there were a little more flexibility with the placement of the shelves on the inside of the doors. I love that there is so much space there, I just wish I had more choices of how to place them without rendering the top one completely useless. Secondly, the placement of the water dispenser inside the fridge is hard to use if the brim of your cup is too wide. But again, neither of these things really matter to me. The whole process was great. The folks at Best Buy were terrific and the guys who came to deliver it did so in a very short time, without destroying my house. They also moved my old one out to my garage. It was a great experience all around and I'm happy with my fridge.
