Bought this refrigerator on sale, great price lots of great features, however after having it for just one year the icemaker failed, fortunately I Purchased a geek squad service contract, the icemaker was replaced and fixed for free, however it took Two months for this to get fixed

Has more room than I expected inside. Freezer is large enough for my needs. The fact that the drawer in the freezer doesn't open with the main freezer door makes me forget the items placed in there, hence the 4 star, instead of 5, rating. Water comes out with a nice flow, but the ice takes a few seconds to react. It also dings for reasons I have yet to figure out.

Like the "French door" style much better than our old refrigerator and notice we are using the water & ice dispenser on the outside of the door much more than we did the inside dispenser on our old unit which was the traditional style. The black finish looks good & matches the other appliances in our kitchen

We purchased this refrigerator on 11/1 to replace our old Kenmore. There weren't too many choices for the space we had and Samsung wasn't on our radar. However, this was on sale and it had the specs we needed. It looks great in our small kitchen. I love the French door and the easy accesibility to stuff. The freezer is quite roomy. The dispenser doesn't give a lot of ice and it does make some noise. Not too loud but it is noticeable. Other than that, it is a great buy.

The ice maker is loud when dispensing ice. It is very roomy and really has a lot of space inside. I didn't really want a French door but I like it.

this fridgewas exactly what we were looking for and more. The salesperson was very helpful in our selection and was very patient. The product didn't break our bank either. We worried we wouldn't find a French door fridge that would fit into our small opening and had a water dispenser.

As always when the timing is most inconvenient our old refrigerator practically caught fire one night and we were leaving the country in just 4 days. Best Buy came through with a comprehensive selection of ready to install refrigerators within our size requirements. This new Samsung fridge is so much more bright, has somehow way more room and is a serious step up from our old 2 door fridge. We recently hosted a BBQ party and was able to chill 9 bottles of lemonade, a full size watermelon, hold several bowls of chopped fruit, beer, cake, all the meat, and the freezer held about 30 pounds of ice while still stocked with frozen food... Unfortunately we needed a new fridge, fortunately this o e far exceeds our prior fridge expierence and was super painless thanks to Best Buy. PS ... the front is also magnetic ...

This Samsung refrigerator, its great for a the price, we love the French Doors and the external water and ice dispenser, the only thing that it takes long to do the ice but when your ice is done its just perfect.

There aren’t many options for 33 inch wide fridges and this was our best choice. I’ve owned Samsung fridges for awhile now and have had no issues. It offers lots of storage space and you wouldn’t even notice it is 33 inches vs. the normal 36 inch width. Great buy!

On delivery, it cooled down very fast and had made it's first batch of ice within a few hours. I will say that the automatic ice maker bin can be difficult to remove. You will need to do this several times to throw out the first few runs of ice. It maintains temperature very well including just after filling it after a grocery run and it makes ice super fast. We have left the temperature settings at the factory default of 0 for the freezer and 37 for the refrigerator and this has been good. The fold up shelves are handy for tall items like 2-liter soda or milk but it does cut down on the amount of storage. The doors close well but it does work better if you remember to close the left refrigerator door before the right as the left has the door seal bridge on it. The stainless finish is beautiful. We could only install a 33" wide model instead of the more popular 35" wide model and ended up paying a bit more for it (not regularly stocked we were told) which burned my butt but the wife is happy so...

We love our refrigerator very much. You just have to make sure you organize the freezer so that items are stored standing in a row to be able to see what you have. My kid throws things in & you can't see because items pile up. It's a storage box style as opposed to side by side with top to bottom. Not a complaint, it's just different. I love that the water filter is inside the fridge which is simple to replace, and all the compartments for storing food. Super happy with purchase.

I am Korean American. I try to support Korean products like Samsung. However, this refrigerator is awful. We paid out of pocket once to replace a sensor and the issue happened again. Customer service is unreachable for an essential household appliance. Samsung does not take responsibility for their defects. They do not absorb the costs of common issues. Look up Samsung Recall USA on Facebook. I receive very little correspondence from repair service personnel or customer service. Samsung is done with you once they have your money. Sorry but this fridge struggled after the warranty ended and then continued to struggle after repair, unlike our older refrigerators that lasted nearly a decade, if not more. No, Samsung. You need to earn customer loyalty.

This refrigerator will perfectly fit a 33” space without sacrificing the features available in bigger fridges, even when it is 33” wide, it is very spacious inside and provides a cool pantry.

Great refrigerator, not noisy, love the crushed ice doesn't leave chunks like my other one did. Makes our kitchen look sharp. Very spacious compared to my older side by side. Love that you can rearrange the shelves based on your needs.

Needed a 33" wide refrigerator and this worked perfectly. Lots of room. Freezer could use a little more room, but it's ample.

It's a good fridge for a good price. Besides the fold up shelf there is really nothing great about this fridge compared to any other model but there isn't anything bad about it either. We've only had it for a month or so and so far there are no real problems with it. The only issue I've had so far is that when you open the freezer the little drawer inside doesn't always come with it and you have to reach in and pull it out and its come off its track a few times. It's very simple to get back in place.

Fit our kitchen perfectly, quite and looks nice. Sometimes we find water drops still coming down from the water dispenser after filling a cup.

Fits everything and then some. Beautiful stainless steel and keeps everything nicely cold. A lot of storage for everything. I totally recommend this. One of the best purchases I’ve made.

We absolutely love our new Samsung Refrigerator. It is very quiet. Have to cut out all other noises and get close to it to hear it. Also, well designed in order to maximize storage.
