Beautiful and roomy refrigerator. only be aware that fingerprints and other marks show easily on the SS surface. It is not bad, but if you have children you may be wiping the frig often. A lot of frig for $1000

We purchase this fridge as an auxiliary unit to go in our garage. It has massive amounts of storage and the tray design of the freezer really maximizes the storage space without making you have to dig through layers and layers of stacked items (typical issue with a french door freezer like this). Rather you have a top tray that holds about 30% of total capacity that slides back revealing the deeper bottom bin. It's nice in that you can put regular or more frequently used items in the upper compartment and longer term less frequently used items below. The only negative is lack of water dspenser but thats why it makes such a great second fridge. If your looking to get maximum capacity, along with the flexibility of a french door arrangement this is a great buy.

I bought this fridge because of the large capacity, no water dispenser, and the french-style fridge combined with the drawer freezer. Overall I'm very happy with this fridge on all these counts. The only complaint I have is that the ice tray in the freezer allows some ice cubes to fall into the space behind the freezer drawer when it is opened. It appears this may have been necessary due to the placement of the ice maker and possibly to make the ice drawer reversible. While annoying, it doesn't seem to be as much of a problem once the tray is full. This is a minor annoyance though - overall, very happy with the fridge and especially with the price (was on sale < $1000).

We love the French doors, especially the closing mechanism on the left door that allows you to open and close either one first. The icemaker is very slow at making ice. Initially we didn't realize it shuts itself off when full so we manually shut it off. It wouldn't come back on after that which prompted a call to customer service. They were able to walk us through getting it back on. It still takes days to fill :( but at least it works.

It's a great refridgerator, and for the most part, I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that in the description, Best Buy mistakenly stated that it had a built-in water filter system. It does NOT. I had to purchase it separately and install it on the back of the refrigerator. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars! It's bright, and has so much room! Love the French doors!

This french door refrigerator was on Sale and looks very stylish for the price. It has added additional style to my kitchen. I have had guests compliment me on it as well. It does produce Ice (does not have an exterior ice maker) I am fine with this, the ice maker can be heard occasionally but it is not very loud. It makes plenty of ice so that I generally have enough anytime I need it. It is pretty spacious on the inside as well. Fingerprints on the outside door are noticeable however I guess that comes with the stainless steel territory. The original one that I purchased did arrive with a dent in the front door however I had the installers order a new one for me and that arrived within about a week (brand new and without dents)

I've only owned this refrigerator for a few weeks now but so far I am very pleased. It was delivered timely and in perfect condition. BB had a fantastic holiday price on it. Wife really wanted this style of refrigerator with French doors and bottom slide-out freezer. Automatic water/ice dispensers are great but just one more thing to break, not a worry with this model. This refrigerator will hold ALOT of food, which was one of the most appealing features

I love this new french door refrigerator! My last frig was a side by side model, and although a good size the space in both the frig and freezer was too small and cramped. I love that I can store many large items in this Samsung frig, while also accommodating small items. I got a great price too! It was selling at other stores for $1799, but Best Buy advertised it for $999. (I think it is last year's model). However, when I went to purchase one, only the floor model was left. It was in excellent shape, and offered to me for $820!! I am very happy with the product and the price I paid. The delivery guys were right on time and very professional, and very personable.

It is roomy and I love the french doors. I love the cooling technology the sends mists of coldness through my fridge... also the price was a great deal when i bought it.

I love that the freezer is on the bottom. It's so much easier to see what’s in the refrigerator section. I also love the big French doors - they make it easy to put oversized items (large pizza boxes) in! Also nice, magnets stick to the front! I have several friends who are jealous! The door ajar alarm has come in handy too. Stuff to work on - for some reason the inside has a funny smell. I added a box of baking soda and that seems to help but I wasn't expecting the smell. Finger prints so many finger prints!!! I have little kids and the stainless steel shows all the finger prints.

I couldn't be happier with the Samsung refrigerator. The freezer holds more than expected. When the dduble doors are open you can see where everything is in. The lights are bright. The fridge is quiet. Very happy with this purchase. The delivery men, George and Scott were wonderful. Needed to take the doors off of the fridge, did it and had it back together in no time.

It's a spacious and bright inside. It's sleek and overall a good choice in refrigerators.

We've had this frig for a couple of month now w/ no issues - except as others mentioned the ice maker operation is abnormally loud but that doesn't bother us. The ice maker doesn't have water filter which was a mis-advertisement in Best Buy's site; that actually worked out for us because we found this inline filter - brand name is WODER - good for 3 yrs or 5k gal, works better and is much cheaper than any frig filter. We bought a 5 yr protection plan; time will tell...

I bought this as part of a group of Samsung appliances (also a dishwasher and over-the-range microwave) and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with this product. The fridge is an absolute bargain at its price. All of our friends and family think it's a 3,000 dollar-plus fridge when they see it. Beautiful piece of equipment that I'd recommend to anyone looking for a nice, yet affordable, french door refrigerator.

Purchased this refrigerator freezer for a 2nd . It is really roomy both the top refrigerator and the bottom pull out freezer. The freezer has a convenient slide back drawer. This makes everything easily visible and accessible . The frig is bright and the shelves on the inside of the doors are deep and high enough to fit bottles of wine . Love my new refrigerator and to top it off we got it at a great price.

Bought this Samsung fridge on sale back in July. The product delivered with no damages. Currently functioning well, but approximately less than two months, it started making loud popping sounds daily. Don't know what is causing it. I checked the Troubleshooting section of the manual. The product is level and stable, has enough ventilation in the back and sides. The manual did mention that "if it sounds as if something is hitting something else inside the refrigerator, this is normal. The sound is caused by the compressor operating at high capacity." If it weren't for the popping sound, the product is very quiet.

Nicely laid out French door refrigerator, roomy. As we'd read online prior to purchase, it takes a longer time than most to make ice cubes. No butter keeper or egg tray, but not a biggie for us. Also, it certainly does make some strange noises, like grinding, clicks, thumps - we joke that there's a little gremlin inside! But we would buy it all over again.

This is a great fridge for a family! Easy to see every inch of the space, so that there is no food that goes to waste. The French door feature is so handy, especially for small kitchens. Easily can fit a large sized fridge in a small 'hallway' kitchen, with no need to worry about having room for the door to swing open.

It was the perfect size for the opening we had, great price, looked good, and has tons of space. Perfect for us.

The family loves the new Samsung refrigerator. Looks great, functions well, and it’s very quiet. It’s very roomy and the shelves are easy to adjust. The Best feature is the digital temperature controls and the open door alarm. Also, the delivery guys were excellent.
