We've had this unit for about a month. + It looks good and seems to work well. + The layout offers quite a bit of flexibility in shelf arrangement and it is nice to be able to fit larger platters than our old side-by-side fridge would. - The ice maker is pretty loud and it has taken quite a while for the ice to lose the plastic taste that comes from the new internal plumbing. - I miss having a water dispenser.

This fridge has been better than expected. Lots of room and features for the price. The only complaint is the lack of see thru shelving for the top bins on the door. I'm tall and have no problem, but my better half is not and cant see whats in them - and the way they stagger the possible positioning of them is inconvenient.

Very happy with the service from the salesperson. She advised me on the best purchase for my budget and ensured it would fit in my space. The delivery was not as great, as the delivery men said they did not think it would fit and did not want to do anything to try and make it work. I eventually had to "wiggle' it into the space and it fit perfectly. The refrigerator is beautiful and spacious and I am very happy with my experience at Best Buy.

This refrigerator has plenty of room, it really looks great in my kitchen, the design is perfect, child-protection, an alarm sounds when the doors are not completely closed, sporadically makes a strange sound, but they said that is normal and that doesn't bothers me. It is usually very quiet, so much that sometimes I think it is not on, but it is.

Beautiful refrigerator and has great space inside. Quiet and has no external parts such as water dispenser but it gives more space inside and the ice maker is a great feature.

My frig of 31 years died right after Christmas. I was checking ads when I saw this Samsung. I liked the brand, not too many bells and whistles. I checked it out in the store and bought it immediately. Fantastic layout & design and has ice maker. It is quiet easy to get items in and out and I like the freezer on the bottom. The lighting works fantastic I can see everything even in the back. The price is right where I wanted to pay.

This fridge is everything I wanted and more! The built in ice maker in the freezer portion is very convenient for us. When we first plugged in the appliance, it took only an hour (if that) to reach the temperatures we had set it at. I really enjoy the Power Freeze option that comes with the freezer portion. It allows the freezer to quick freeze when needed. The only flaw was that its size made it difficult to fit through our front door so if you have narrow doorways you may have to take the doors off of the appliance.

Just right for a small family. The doors are just where yor need them. You don't have to open all the doors. The freezer it just the right hughy.

I wanted a French door refrigerator without an ice and water dispenser. This fit my bill and the price was right. So far so good.

After reading all the reviews, we decided to go with this fridge. We do not regret our choice. The only issue is they did not set the door right so the middle seal closer does not work correctly. I will have to call them out to have it reset. This is the fault of the people who delivered it, so make sure you check all functions before hey leave. The fridge is great, it is spacious and everything we wanted it to be.

Way roomier than my previous old style French doors. Well lit. The guys that delivered it went way beyond what I expected.

We love everything about this refrigerator! looks, space,lighting, and the freezer on the bottom is great for the grandkids.

Bought to replace a cheap fridge that the plastic shelves had broken on. Very satisfied with purchase. Shelves and hardware are well designed and constructed. electronics for setting temp are easy to use and works very quickly. The freezer drawer feels somewhat cheap, with a plastic drawer. Slides are not even for the main freezer drawer. Noise level is acceptable. Finish is very nice.

French door refrigerator cheaper than some side by side models. Great size for all food variations. Ice maker is great.

The unit is working well so far. It is a little noisy and it does not have the deli tray. There also seems to be a bit of a separation during manufacturing on the bottom of the pull out freezer drawer where there is a small gap. This does not affect performance. I tried to exchange the refrigerator, but they no longer carry or manufacture this model.

just got this and it is perfect .... Space is good and looks real good in my kitchen .. Would recommend it to all !!!!

The refrigerator makes loud popping noises and humming noises. I am considering returning it for a different model that is quieter but I'm going to wait for awhile to see if the noise stops.

With this refrigerator your fingerprints stick all over. It is very spacious, the pull out freezer could have been designed a little better. The doors need to be pushed closed not like a traditional fridge that swings close. I do like the refrigerator overall. If I could do it again I would invest a little more to get the smudge proof version.

lots of space but stainless steel smudges easy. Did not come with a water hose for hook up which was disappointing.
