The refridgerator is not bad but I gave it a three stars because the noise is not repairable and annoying. From time to time there is a crackling noise from the freezer side, service agent tells me that most refridgerators are made like that. Besides the noise, every thing else seems to be okay.

The best features are the in door water and ice. They get plenty of use. The exterior is very bulky. Not good unless in a large space. Can tend to be a bit noisey when preparing ice . The shelving system is not the best setup. space in the door is good but if you have a few gallon jugs to store there is no room. When you adjust internal shelves there aren't many options. Either move to a notch where shelf in unusable or comletely remove. Which seems like a waste. Overall it is ok. I wish I had gone with the french doors. Reach room on this fridge is not great for it's size.

This is a great fridge. We have had it almost a month now and it works great. The power freeze is great if you have to unload groceries. The LED's provide great lighting.

Awesome refridgerator. Even at the factory settings, it is cold! the touch screen on the front is a bit sensitive but you can lock it so that's awesome! it's nice having the ice maker on the back of the door so it free a lot of space in the freezer. The lights are a tint of blue so it doesn't illuminate as much as I would like but it's okay. So far, we're enjoying it and it does what it needs to do! keep food fresh and healthy!

Although I am used to very cold refrigerator temps for milk and other dairy, I have not had milk or cream go bad in the normal useful life of 3-4 weeks if stored at waist height at the minimum temperature of 40 degrees. My ice cream is always too hard to scoop easily at ZERO degrees. Features are as described with very good access and visibility to all areas of the unit. I did have a problem with freezer storage on open shelves sliding out if stacked too high. My solution is a wire basket from Staples used for in-and-out mail. The basket fits easily on the glass shelf and can be removed to search for the frozen food desired without cooling down the unit. Use of a vacuum sealer extends storage by many months without freezer burn. My water supply line has a shutoff installed in the adjacent Laundry Room to eliminate reported overflow of filter. All in all a good unit at a best buy.

We like the refrigerator look and feel a lot. It looks good quality, but unfortunately we ran into misfortune twice now. First product delivered was rattling when compressor was turned on. Replacement was very quiet, but started dripping water at bottom on the very first day (actually damaged my hard wood). I am hoping geek squad will fix it sooner than later, and I won't need to return this product. I would have liked it to work, because I like the refrigerator very much inside and outside.

Like it a lot. Good space, No noise, Changing the filter is piece of cake.

This is an awesome Fridge. I have been really pleased with its ice and water in the door. It is quite and a nice looking appliance. It makes my old fridge feel tiny with the ammount of space thats in it. I like the features the energy star really seems to lower my power bill. While it still stays super cold in the fridge and freezer. I like the chime for door open and the features like power cool power freeze. It can hard freeze things with the push of the button if you know your having a party you can power cool it and the ice seems to last longer with out melting. It has good lighting and ample drawers shelves and door storage. All around pleased with this fridge.

This is a solid fridge. I've had the RS275 model for about a year now and it has worked like a charm. Fired up the first go around and cooled down quickly. Runs quietly. Only downside is that the water filter is a little pricey (about 30 to 40 bucks I think).

I have reviewed before, one week after getting my fridge the display froze and they had to replace the whole fridge. I have had the second one for over a month, I love it. Looks great, is real quite. But the door is the only place you can put milk and use all the shelfs and wine rack.

I was very very disappointed when after having the refrigerator only 3 days, the ice maker broke. It is also very noisey. I sent the machine back because I lost confidence in Samsung. I now have a frigidaire and it is working perfectly. Not as glitzy or beautiful as the samsung, but working.

The only thing I am upset with is the inability to just reach in the freezer and grab a handfull of ice. It's a bit difficult to do that.

Disappointment....I thought I would love this frig. Things I never thought would happen.... 1) High pitch whinning noise when it is cooling. 2) No catch like my GE if the water overfills in your glass...water just makers the front of the frig. 3) Really, only specific ways to put the shelves in. Our stock po,t and a gallon of milk do not fit on a shelf and you can NOT arrange to have two shelve hold these items, without removing a shelf entirely. Very disappointed in the lighting...looks great in the showroom, but once you fill your frig it becomes dark. The noise and shelves are what motivated me to write this review. Our third refrigerator, and the noisiest so far. I appreciate my GE that is in the basement more than ever...even if it's white.

this refrigerator replaces our 12 years old ref. my husband love the LED lights. i love the size, design and convenient of the ice maker and water dispenser.

Hate to be so negative, however, this refrigerator has become an albatross in our home. We have a mile long account with Samsung over the icemaker! We are only eight months in but at three months, after a service callthey have refused any type of return or refund, etc. This week we are due for an icemaker replacement. However, the repairman said it will NEVER keep up as the icemaker is too small for even a small family of and the capacity of thebucket is too small. Two othersmall annoyances...you have to press too hard to get ice to come and water and ice spew everywhere..... Positives: Looks great, runs quiet, large enough. Cons: unless you have free standing icemaker, avoid it!!!

Water lines to the water and ice are located in the bottom of the door and when you roll the frig out the lines can easily be cut.

I am on my second Samsung refrigerator and it still does not work. The first refrigerator's ice maker did not work and after 7 service calls (it still could not make ice for more than a day)--Samsung agreed to replaced the unit. I replaced it with the same model and in just about two months the refrigerator stopped working. I am now on the third service call, also third week of waiting for parts and my family is living out of an ice chest. A modern refrigerator is a simple concept, but Samsung has made it way too complex for their technicians to repair and spare parts take about a week to get. So the service strategy is to replace one part, which doesn't fix the problem and then wait another week for the next part and so on and so forth. I have had very good luck with other Samsung products in the past, but never had to use their service. My recommendation is to not buy a Samsung refrigerator.

So I got talked into this great machine cause the ice maker was in the door, well it was broke on day 1! As soon as the guy plugged it in I hear this loud clicking noise and I said hey guys whats that, oh it will go away after it makes ice!! YAH RIGHT!!! 4 days of loud clicking and my wife raging on me I called samsung and they sent out a repair guy and after replacing the main board said just return it to best buy cause your still under the 30 day warranty, he said its just a bad overall unit. So beware, the aggitator inside the ice maker kept making a loud click all night and day!!! Beware. I too was a huge Samsung fan but after this cheap bit of quality, I would venture to say I might consider going back AMerican with Whirlpool or Fridigeair! Sad to say American quality is actually better than Asisan....sad day.

Over all, love this fridge evrything that comes w/ it esp the led light...

This fridge has been pretty great we can’t complain too much. We bought it in 2010 and about 5-6 years later the back wall on the inside started building up ice and clogging the fan. Tried defrosting it based on a mechanics advice and that worked a couple times throughout the years until we realized we had to get the whole assembly on the back wall replaced. That’s worked so far a few years later and we’re happy.
