This product so far has lived up to the samsung quality it has built in its name

The worst part about Samsung is their awful customer service. They have none. The refrigerator LED lights went out after 3 months, called and they offer no repair service in South Dakota. The ice maker shoots out crushed and cubed and all over the floor. Crisper door stuck and would only open if the drawer above it was slightly ajar. Save yourself the trouble and buy anything but Samsung. Best Buy on the other hand was great, went above and beyond and helped me deal with Samsung.

I have no complaints about this refrigerator. I love this refrigerator. It looks great and works great.

The ice maker acted up from day one, Even at its best it could not keep up with moderate demand. Especially in the warmer months when you want a cool drink, it would start jamming and would not make ice. We had the technician out and they replaced the board after two days it started all over again. All of the ice came out in a big rush all at once. The reason I purchased it was because of its drawer space and shelf dept.

Over all, love this Refrigerator, led back lite, wine racks all graeat features. There is no drip tray for water dispenser.

The compressor went after only a year. Constant problems with the ice maker. We had 2 Kenmores and they lasted over 10 years without problems. We found other reviews that talked about the compressor going every year, once it goes!

I highly advise that you do not buy a refigerator from Samsung because their warranty response is poor. I have been a fan of Samsung appliances for years until I had one fail. Unfortunately the one that failed was my refigerator. It stopped working two days shy of a year from the day of purchase so it was still under warranty. I took two weeks for a tech to come out and verify it was truly broken. He did not have any parts to fix the issue. According to him if it was another brand he could have fixed it that day but Samsung does not have a very good parts chain. Now I am still waiting to have my refigerator fixed and it will be another two weeks until it is resolved. That will be a month of no way for me to keep food for myself and my family. Samsung's response is there is a process to follow and no way to resolve it any sooner. So if you are considering a Samsung just ask yourself if you ever do have a problem can you afford to wait for weeks to have it resolved. Better to go with another brand if you ask me.

good product so far, thought a new product would be quieter, but overall not too bad.

Food stays good for londer time time and size is great for my big family.

This refrigerator has given us problems from the first month we purchased it!! Ice maker not working properly. to freezing up several times. The water filter is a added expense of $60+ each changing.

Nice product but would be great if it makes cold water

We had the fridge for 1 week. The ice cubes fly out when using it and clog easy. We have to run a few cups of water because it taste like plastic and yes we ran over 2 gallons to start with. The water is not cold at all, room temp at best. Not happy at all.

Purchased less than a year ago, I just notice that one of the shelves is showing small cracks. This particular shelf is non-weight bearing! Contacted Samsung only to be told that shelves aren't covered by the warranty. I will never again purchase a Samsung product. Funny thing is that I was literally on my way to Best Buy to buy a Samsung Blu-Ray player when I received the 'rejection' from them. Needless to say, that's not going to happen.

This refrigerator is the loudest refrigerator ever made in the history of the world! It makes a high pitch noise when beginning it's cycles and a "death rattle" which sounds like a bunch of gears clanging together, when it ends cycles. These noises occur several times throughout the day and evening. In addition, one can hear the gas moving through the lines most of the day and evening. The service tech said these are normal noises for this model and cannot be eliminated. It's just unbelievable and unbearable. So if you have a peaceful and serene kitchen and you want noise... get this refrigerator. If i could rate is a "zero" I would.

THIS IS THE SECOND REF. AND THE FREEZER SECTION DOES NOT WORK BEST BUY SAID THEY WOULD GET A TECH. TO ME WHEN THEY COULD. THEY COULD NOT PREDICT WHEN.

It takes the "Geek squad" (read Best Buy) 5-7 working days to get to your place to do a repair. First time, wrong part was ordered. Another 7 days. Repairman then came and 'fixed' the icemaker and replaced the circuit board. 2 hrs later the refrigerator had a general failure and flashed "E-8". Calls to Greek Squad went unanswered, This is a lemon. Called Greek Squad: no answer: weekend coming up.

within 6 months of owning this product, both doors began to rust. Huge brown spots all up and down the front. I received no support from either best buy or samsung. Best buy refused help because I didn't purchase and extended warranty and samsung was the worst customer experience I have ever had. They say they will call back, they don't. They disconnect you, they put you through 10 different level of customer support, hours on the phone and do nothing. Do not buy Samsung!

Do not recommend this refrigerator Frizer doesn’t work after 2 years. They don’t last

I have owned a Samsung refrigerator for 3 years and have had the computer board replaced 3 times. I have seen other reviews where the board is bad. Their service department will not acknowledge that they have a problem with the boards. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG APPLIANCE.
