    This fridge has been a the worst home appliance I've ever owned. The fridge constantly has cooling problems. Plus its quite loud, you really hear it at night. My unit just died after 16 months, 6 months after warranty period of course. If you do purchase, good luck.

    The first frig needed new parts. The second frig did not cool properly and I lost food in the freezer. Spoke with very nice reps several times. Samsung, Inc. said they would not replace the ruined food. I did not follow procedures, they said. I returned the refrigerator and bought from another manufacturer.

    Bought this refridgerator 9 months ago and the refridgerator stopped working but the freezer still works. Samsung said the quickest they can get it fixed is 5 days. This is the only fridge/freezer in the house. Worst customer service ever! never buying a samssung appliance again!

    We bought this product a few months ago. The ice maker did not work. The Geek Squad has been trying to fix it for two months now. So far, the ice maker still does not make ice.
