I have problem with the ice dispenser. A. It will not crush and dispense the ice . B. It makes loud noise trying to crush the ice even after the water light is turned on.

I was searching for a fridge that can produce me water and ice. Apparently this awesome fridge came in time for sale and I got it at a cheap price with installation fees included (I checked around other stores also) The fridge has like 2 separate cooling systems, I am not sure because I have very little knowledge in refs and it is awesome. Worth the money and looks fantastic and you can stick your magnets!

Although we like the Samsung, we were a bit perturbed that after the food loss and inconvenience of waiting for a replacement occurred, we were not offered even a gift card for the loss and imposition we incurred. This was a very upsetting experience for us, especially when Best Buy just said that food loss from a purchase was only covered under an extended warranty. We can understand this, but no consideration of reimbursement when a new purchase fails the FIRST day?

I love this fridge except for the water through the door feature. The part that moves to dispense the water is tricky to operate and not get water everywhere.

The lighting inside is very good. There is lot of space in freezer too...

This refrigerator meets all of my expectations. The looks are great. The lighting is very efficient.

This is the best side by side refrigerator that I have ever had/seen. The ice maker is in the freezer door so there is still plenty of room in the freezer to store frozen foods. The lights are bright, so it is easy to find what you're looking for. I've grown so accustomed to the through-the-door ice and water dispenser that I don't think I could live without it.

Great fridge with plenty of space. Ice maker is compact and doesn't take up a bunch of space in the freezer. Fridge side is very organized. Stainless finish is top notch. Water pressure is a bit much but is manageable.

Originally I loved it at the story. It had this wine rack that just made it look like a decent fridge. When they delivered it, it was very hard to remove it off of demo mode. Once I started to place all my food back inside it just seemed to have a lot of less room that the previous models I have owned. All in all it's decent not for the original price and I am not in love with it. Oh, and it's loud!

Got this as a store return for $725. Had a couple dings but that's why they make fridge door magnets right? Mounted in a place where the sides of the fridge are on display so the grey finish rocks. Why other manufacturers insist on black or brown sides with a stainless steel front is beyond me! The icemaker in the door seems to give a lot more freezer shelf space, even though door storage is then at a minimum. The BGE rebate sticker on it stated I'd get a $100 rebate but upon further investigation, i'm getting a $150 rebate! Whoopie! As an aside, I swore I would NEVER again purchase a Samsung refrigerator but discovered the problem with our previous Samsung fridge had to do with the freezer being on the bottom. The sliding out of the freezer drawer eventually tore the entire icemaker off because it would make too much ice and then the ice would hit the icemaker when you pulled out the freezer drawer. I think that icemaker lasted less than 90 days! Overall, I think this current model is the best fridge I've EVER owned and I have owned/used plenty of refrigerators over my lifetime (retired military). Buy this model and enjoy. I highly recommend it. Cheers!

We bought the package deal on Samsung fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We are very happy with that purchase! It really changed the look of our kitchen for the better! The fridge works great, does make some noise when making ice though. On hindsight we should have bought even bigger but we are still happy with this one.

This is a great fridge everything was great except the ice build up after 5 days still no ice to fill more than 2 glasses

We love the features and great value! With the ice maker being located in the door, it makes for more freezer space.

This is my second Samsung fridge within the last 2-3 years. Previous home we purchased the largest, latest French, 5 door fridge. Although that one was the latest "hip" thing to own, I LOVE my current model. There are only the side-to-side 2 doors (1 freezer & 1 fridge) however there is so much more room. AND all the coolness doesn't escape every time you open the fridge. My only dissatisfaction is the fact that there is no lid / cap cover for the filter location. We had reverse osmosis / soft water system installed in our home and the filter is no longer needed. Removing the filter shows a hole at bottom.

My wife loves it because it's stainless. I love it because it keeps my beer cold. Awesome fridge. Great price.

Very good buy the fridge can do much it can be set at a few different temp it is enery efficient you will love it

We had a leak in the icemaker of our old refrigerator and had to update the kitchen. This refrigerator is soooo beautiful, stainless steel, large and, oh, did I say beautiful. My favorite part is that the icemaker is on the inside of the freezer door instead of taking up a large amount of the freezer shelves.
