Pretty good fridge . No seperate ice and water dispenser so you have to press a button to select between ice and water. Not a big deal but less than a month after buying new the ice dispenser no longer crushes ice . Also it produces ice slowly so if you're a heavy ice user you won't like this fridge.

Beautiful fridge with nice water and ice feature. I don't like being forced to store milk and any other medium height items in the door because the shelving is spaced so close together. The shelving is "sort of" adjustable, meaning you'd have to remove the wine rack (which I like)_ in order to create enough space for taller items. otherwise, I really like it

Samsung has great appliances, good storage capacity, though the icemaker is a little noisy but tolerable.

It's very hard to clean the doors and get them streak free. I love the fridge but not the stainless.

Over All All Looks great but confusing ON /OF Switch. Hard to adjust selves....No water Filter ?

I purchased this refrigerator and had it installed the next day. Overall the refrigerator is fine. It is hard to figure out where to put everything. The lights are not right when you have items in the refrigerator and therefore makes it hard to find things that you're looking for.

Well my wife and I really like the fridge. We had a 1960's or 70's style fridge that came with our house that began to leak. I love Samsung products. I have Samsungs TV's, blue ray players and washer and dryer so I trust the product. I'm surprised at how cold the refrigerator gets. It's barely fit into our small space so it's perfect. It also crushes ice well which is a plus for our family. No more ice trays.

the unit is high in quality, runs extremely quiet, no problems with the ice maker or water dispenser. the inside lighting is excellent and bright. I am now looking at other Samsung products for the kitchen.

I didn't think I would like the side by side because of space but it is working fine. I can fit everything in it , even pizza. My dog loves ice and the ice maker in the door amazes him. Very funny. Just waiting for him to figure out how to get it to work himself.

Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, great deal that I got. The only other thing I can think about that I was upset about at first was after delivery, we noticed the inside of the refrigerator had some minor dent/scratches on the 2nd sliding drawer on the plastic clear part. But because the refrigerator works great and everything else looks nice, I got over it and didn't want to make a big deal.

Great fridge that looks nice and didn't break the bank. Plenty of storage in the fridge and freezer, however the freezer could use a second drawer. Love the ice and water controls on the front and the ice maker is very quiet. Great fridge at a decent price.

The finish on the refrigerator has scratched with putting magnets on very easily and hard to keep marks off with simple little touches. Also the ice maker doesn't dispense crushed ice most of the time but instead seems to have a mind of its own and when comes out in the cubes has such force goes on floor sometimes out of the glass held there. We have it set for crushed but do not get crushed. Also a few times ran out of ice when not used that much with only 2 people in the household Had to wait for more ice to make. We prefer crushed but cannot get usually. It also does not run quiet - comes on loud most of the time unlike our 20 year old refrigerator, which began leaking.

It was great to finally get a fridge that is "cold". My husband picked the stainless steel doors. The sides are not stainless - thank goodness. The surface of the doors seem to attract everything. Even magnets leave shiny marks. The fridge & freezer are roomy. Because this fridge is so big there are 3 drawers in each side - love that. The spacing of the shelves on the fridge door is kind of limited. We can store tall stuff like milk or lemonade only on one shelf. It is too hard to maneuver on the second shelf. The lighting is great & the fridge & freezer are bright. Love the wine rack because we put the lemon juice bottle, sandwich thins, and other thin items there out of the way - very cool. The butter area on the top of the door is unusually large - love that too. We don't use the water/ice feature so I can't comment on that.

I've had good luck with Samsung products so I decided to try this side by side refrigerator. The look of stainless steel really updated my kitchen and the fridge set at the recommended -2 for freezer and 38 degrees for the refrigerator is perfect. I especially like the ice maker and filtered water thru the door, the water comes out with more force than my old GE which is great for filling things quicker and the ice dispenser works great for cubes (haven't tried the crushed ice). I understand the occasional loud popping sounds are the materials expanding/contracting which is normal, so if you can live with that I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Good fridge. Lots of room. The lights aren't bright enough once you put food on the shelves. They are in the back so it blocks the light. Ice maker takes awhile to fill up. Night light on outside isn't very bright. Crushed ice doesn't dispense very fast. Other than that it gets the job done.

It meet my needs. Lighting is what I like. This one is quiet! !!

This was a replacement through Geek Squad "no lemon" rule....we are very happy we bought the protection. So far, we're happy that we went with this brand/model. We were given a choice of 2-3 different brands.

Great buy. Has a lot of space. Great for small family

We bought a floor model scratch & dent, but due to issues with the warehouse/delivery mechanisms, the store manager purchased us a new frig. The frig works very well. I enjoy the beverage center, but it would be nice if it had some sort of drain. Now, if it overflows it runs down the door. Overall, great frig!
