Everything about the fridge is great, but, yes there is a but, I broke a wine glass just pushing on the dispensor trying to get ice. If they could address that issue I would give the review all 5's. However, I will only buy samsung products now because overall, I am very pleased. I am saying all this and I am only 27 years old, but my wife agrees.

Overall, a nice refrigerator but the ice maker tends to dispense too many chips that can sail anywhere but my glass. For what little I use the water dispenser, I am surprised I have to replace the filter after 6 months.

Overall a good value for the price. Of course I have only had it 2 months so I cant say if I made the right decision for a few years. But there are a couple of design flaws you should know. First, they point the water dispenser nozzle at an angle which makes it difficult to fill up plastic water bottles with small openings. Also, even though you choose ice cubes you get a lot of ice chips flying out of your cup when you are filling it. Other than that everything seems to be fine.

I have always chose Samsung for their exceptional electronics, so now I was thinking about purchasing a Samsung refrigerator. Did my research and checked the prices online. Saw where BB was having a sale on this model of refrigerator. Went by BB and examined and re-examined and went home and did more research. Finally decided to pull the trigger. Setup delivery and it has been everything we wanted. Plenty of interior space, great color and exceptional features. Definitely highly recommended.

I was very happy that Best Buy matched a Sears sales price on this fridge. Everything works great, except the ice dispenser sprays ice all over the floor when you try to stop it. Over all, a high quality appliance at an amazing price.

Bought this as my 1st fridge at my new home. However, rather large for a single guy. But besides that, hard to operate. The buttons to control everything are hard to use, lack any tactile feedback. You're never quite sure if you've pressed it or not. Also, the lack of digital temperature displays to indicate temperature are a disappointment. Finally, could not get the exterior water dispenser to stop dripping for my life. For the money, still makes a deal if you can get over the drawbacks.

The fridge is great with the looks and setup, however if I had to buy again, I would probably choose something else. The major problem I hae with this unit is the ice maker. It is very loud and it spits crushed ice everywhere to the point where I only use the cubed mode. Even then it comes out really fast. However, for the price the machine is great in all other aspects.

This side by side is everything I was hoping for. It has far more room than I expected, and having the ice and water dispenser on the door is wonderful. It's also a lot quieter than my last refrigerator. I'm very happy with it.

This refrigerator is very nice but can be a little confusing on how to set the controls. I purchased this item at Thanksgiving time and the price was very reasonable. With the water line and the refrigerator it came to $966.86 before taxes and insurance. I just wish it had simple controls and not so fancy. :P This refrigerator is very spacious and almost doesn't fit in my kitchen but I love how spacious it is. I do love my refrigerator just getting use to the controls is a little challenging.

We needed to replace all of our appliances and this was a great looking fridge. It's huge, which we loved for our family of 6. The water dispenser at an angle is a little weird, but not bad. The only frustration we have had is the ice & how messy it can be if your cup isn't all the way to the top. Other than that, we have had no complaints.

Looked at several different brands and wanted this one but thought it was too expensive. I got really lucky and found a floor model on sale and bought it right away. The ice maker didn't work at first but the repair person who came out had it fixed in a very short time. The only adjustment we have had to make is making sure that objects don't get pushed all the back on the shelf. They don't go all the way back to the back of the fridge, but, it was easy to clean the chocolate cream pie that fell down the back, and lesson learned.

Does this fridge have all of the features of a $2500 fridge, no !! But for this price you cannot go wrong. People have complained about the noise of the icemaker ??? I have a $2,500 Whirlpool and you can hear the ice cube drop in that as well. I purchase to replace our refigerator in our garage, has great freezer space. The icemaker is great for filling coolers and is not hard to remove. I cannot wait to see if this has any impact on my electric bill as our old refridgerator was 22 years old but still working, just now sure how efficient it was. Only complaint is there is no reservior for the water and ice compartment.

Fridge looks nice and has lots of room. Ice maker and water dispenser doesn't work. Now waiting on new fridge to come in over a month wait.

We are so disappointed with this Samsung refrigerator. The water tasted horrible within a week or so of purchase, and we found out that the placement of the water filter next to the fruit bin at the bottom of the refrigerator makes it susceptible to the slightest smells. One week it tastes like Cantelope, another week like something else. This never happened with our former refrigerator's sealed filters. Then there is the bad ice-maker. Since purchasing this 6 months ago, I would say it has jammed at least once a month, making you take out the tray, shake it around and try to get it to work. Also, this refrigerator shoots out the ice so forcefully that there are always wasted cubes and slivers bouncing out of the glass on to our wood floors. Since ice tends to be transparent, small puddles form under the refrigerator, stove across the room and under counters, warping the floors. Additionally, the water dispenser is the slowest we've ever seen. Your guests will be waiting at least a full minute or two each while you wait on this refrigerator to eek out a glass of water. If it hadn't been for several trips around a family emergency, we would have had time to return this bad refrigerator. We regret, we regret, we really regret having purchased this refrigerator. Save yourself the grief and get something else.

I really like the product, the only issues I had with this refrigerator is the ice maker did't work from the time of deliivery. I just ended up with a defective refrigerator. Overall, I really like the refrigerator......

This Samsung is great for the price there a great amount of space for your food The ice is a little hard to come out This ice machine need to be better in ice making

We had known we were going to have to get a new refrigerator soon to replace our 18 year old Kenmore. When we saw $300 off on this Samsung we decided to go for it. The wife is extremely happy with it and that's what matters most. I like the LED lighting and water and ice dispenser. The controls are very easy to use once you learn them and Best Buy did a very professional job of set-up and removal of our old unit. Very satisfied.

I am pleased with my new refrigerator. It is roomy and I like the features offered on the electronic panel, especially the lock button to keep the little ones from playing with the ice and water. It also offers a built in alarm if the door gets left open for too long. The lighting is different, but I have adjusted to it and actually like it better.

This new fridge works great runs sparingly and all of the features rock. There is so much room in it and everything adjust to fit nearly anything you want. The touch controls are great and the blast cool is something that you just have to experience. Trust me you'll love this machine.

This is by far the best refrigerator with the most features that I have ever owned in my lifetime! It's quiet and everything on it is cool! The lighting is the Bomb! Comes highly recomended by me!
