    Brand new refrigerator started giving frosting problems and light panel went out. After every attempt to fix, there was something else wrong every time the technician came. Samsung finally decided to replace the entire freezer door...,the freezer door was not in stock. They had to order it from Korea. ,there would not be an ETA on it because Korea does not have it in stock. I told them I wanted a new refrigerator. Samsung was unwilling to assist. They actually asked to to keep calling to find out when they will have it in stock....after an entire month of phone calls and aggravation,,Best Buy finally agreed to exchange it. Of course i got a different brand! I am not dealing with samsung for the rest if my life! Nightmare Customer Service .

    The ice dispenser throws ice at you! At least 2 or 3 cubes end up on the floor b/c it can't get it in the glass. Had the fridge about 2 months and already lights on the display screen are going out.

    I bought this back in Oct 2012 it stopped working April 18 2013. I called Samsung the service was great but when I called the repair center they said they DO NOT stock parts for Samsung products and was told it would take 5 to 10 days to come out and look at it. The kicker is I just went grocery shopping and fill the thing up so not only am I paying for this still but now I have to have a huge cook out to use the $250 worth of food I had in it. oh ya I have kids to so yea DO NOT BUY!

    I am returning my second one. Ice maker/water dispenser are junk. I will replace it with an LG.
