I had to buy a refrigerator suddenly when my GE quit on me. My local Best Buy personnel was quite friendly and well-versed in the products and was able to get me fixed up fast! I got a great deal on a great refrigerator! I'm more than pleased!

Being single and not needing a lot of space, this refridgerator is more than enough. Love the features, and quality that Samsung continues to put out. I'm on a very tight budget and the quality/features of this refridgerator are excellent.

I love my Samsung refrigerator. Lots of bells and whistles. The only challenge is the freezer space is smaller than what I was accustomed to. I make it work for large pizzas and such. Definitely recommend it to others as a great purchase.

Read other reviews and have found this a very good Refrigerator for the price. No issues as of yet. Controls are easy to use and the Ice Maker is working great for a family of 4.

Fridge and freezer both work. Nice to have either ice cubes or crushed ice whenever I want. Be nice if the fridge part was a bit larger, but its workable.

I am very happy with my new black refrigerator. The first delivery was white as it was wrongly ordered. They returned it and brought me a black one and it was actually less expensive and I got a refund.

when we use the ice and water thru the door even after we have released the handle the ice and water continues to flow so we have to pull the parts forward to stop the flow. This needs to be repaired.

Love this refrigerator.Style color and looks are what we were looking for to match other appliances in our sons new home. So much room. Lots of room and like the look of the settings outside door.

I love the fridge. I did not like the shelf arrangement. It was hard to balance the shelves for taller bottles.

We were looking at several appliances from the traditional manufacturers when we noticed the Samsung product. We realized that it was a great value and we jumped on it...so glad we did.

Very disappointed in the written demensions of the Fridge and the actual size as it did not fit correctly once delivered. Also delivery person was rude asking "why I needed a bigger fridge" and "why couldn't I get one the size of the old one". When I asked them to just take the fridge back I was told "It would be a waste of their time". They then spent another 20 minutes putting doors on and forcing it into the area for the fridge. They also wanted me to cut a support wall to make fridge fit.

This appliance was purchased for use in a place of business. I liked the sleek look of the fridge and was looking for something more modern-looking. There will come a time where someone accidentally touches the touchscreen in just the right combination and screws up the settings (believe me-- it's not difficult). We've had this happen 2 or 3 times now. You don't notice it when it happens. The power saver feature comes on, and the fridge basically thaws out and shuts off to save power. The first time it happened was on a Friday, so when I returned to the office on Monday morning, the kitchen was flooded with water from the ice in the freezer melting and leaking out of the fridge; and all of the food and drinks were spoiled. I can never remember the combination of buttons to touch to reset the default settings, so each time I have to refer back to the manual (which I now keep on top of the fridge). The refrigerator is fairly spacious, although, It's not something you would be able to keep a thanksgiving turkey in comfortably. Even birthday cakes are a tough fit. Yes, the shelves are adjustable, but because they are not wide, it is still somewhat tight. Fortunate for the door shelving. A gallon of milk will fit VERY snugly, and I always worry that one more item will break the shelf off the door. It's not a cheap fridge, so I'm paranoid about anything breaking on it! The ice maker gets pieces of crushed ice EVERYWHERE, but this is nothing new to me-- the fridge I have now does the same thing. You kind of figure out how to position your cup so that the mess you make is not as big (but no matter how you position it, you're still gonna get ice on the floor)! The freezer space is minimal, with little storage on the door. It runs VERY quietly and is very energy efficient, which I like. I also like having the filtered water feature in the fridge, rather than having to use a separate filter. It produces ice pretty quickly and is easy to clean and reach into. Overall, it does the job. It's a nice fridge, but could use some minor tweaking. Would I recommend the product to a friend? Ehh.... Maybe, but you'd be better off spending a few hundred more for a REALLY good quality appliance with a great track record. Stick with the Kennmore or Maytags.

I was about not buy this model because of some reviews about the life of the motor but didn't have any problems so far (2 months) Just in case I bought the extra insurance.

I bought this produce, the price was a bargain and I did not have to worry about transport or installation nor disposing of the old refrigerator. It was all one package.

Excellent fridge and at a great price. We bought this fridge from BB nearly two weeks ago and for the features it has vs. price, there is nothing, I mean nothing out there that compares. I did my due diligence and researched as much information via the internet. Again, for the price and feature set, it is the best value per dollar fridge on the market today. As far as performance goes, we like the following. 1. Great Looks. 2. Runs very quietly. 3. Compact Ice Maker. 4. Quick Freeze and Quick Cool option. Very nice. The other day my wife returned home from grocery shopping with a couple Ice Cream products. She sat in our driveway talking on her cell phone while the Ice Cream almost melted completely. When she came in the house we unloaded everything and I switched on the Quick Freeze option. Within 45 minutes, it was completely frozen again. Very nice indeed. 5. Plenty of space in Fridge/Freezer. 6. Great Lighting. Blue LED tint that comes on slowly when the fridge side is opened. Very easy on the eyes and emits enough light to fill the fridge, even fully loaded. Things we do not like. 1. Getting Crushed Ice is not that great. My wife/kids love Crushed Ice. Although this unit does a good job of actually crushing the ice, the way it is dispensed leaves something to be desired. Unless you have a wide mouth cup, glass, etc., it will emit ice chunks at a very rapid pace leaving ice on the floor. We have hardwood floors and this is not desired at any time. Requires extra clean up. That is really the only complaint we have. As far as Cubbed Ice is concerned, no problems whatsoever. Although it does dispense very robustly, at least it all ends up in your cup, glass, etc. Once again, given the feature set vs. price, or bang for the buck of this unit, the Crushed Ice issue is one we can certainly live with. It is that good, I can still rate this fridge at 5 stars.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing this frige. It was indicated that the ice door freezes up and are they right! It freezes up so tight it pulls the ice box container out when you open the door. Then you try and call Best Buy and Samung and everyone passes the buck. I was on the phone for 1hr and 53 minutes. Finally it was made out for a repair man to come and look at it. then he'll have to come again with a fix. what a run around. Best Buy has a 15 day return which i was not told about and it is 3 weeks old so can't return it for another model. very very unhappy especially with Best Buy.

This is the first review I've written but since I depend on user reviews I figured I would begin to pay it forward. I purchased this fridge a month ago after purchasing a condo. I had existing new black appliances that were included in the purchase therefore I was limited by color. I was drawn to this fridge because of the style and space. The frezzer and fridge both have more then ample room vs. other side by side units. The lighting is a little dimmer then most but in my opinion the "cool/wow" factor when opening far outways a few watts. Everytime guests open the fridge I hear: "wow", "cool", "neat", etc. Let's not forget how much energy you save. My sticker said it would cost about $60 a year to operate. Of course that's an estimate but stil worth it and as another reviewer noted I haven't had anything "lost" in my fridge. I often open my fridge without using my kitchen lights without a problem but if you have bad eyesight well then flick a swtich. :) The water works great and without any issue mine is positioned at an angle the minimizes water hitting the floor. It is true that the ice maker does take some getting used to but after working with it for a while you get a knack for it. I have found this typical of most ice makers. Actually it's been fun watching my dog chase the runaway ice. Win/win! :) Another great feature is the side panel by the ice maker it holds my froozen pizzas and my large bottle of opened vodka upright avoiding spillage and the smell of a bar at last call. Woo-hoo... The outside does show smudges but that's a typical of any glossy black fridge, every finish option has its unique issues. Nothing specific to this model. And come on Samsung is a great product. Purchased and LCD TV around the same time. I noticed that the delivery men dented the door and Best Buy is sending out a replacement. They gave me the option to choose another and after using it for a month I'm still going with this model and color. I love it. It looks much more expensive then a 900 fridge. Use the 10% coupon that can be found online or in the change of address packets.
