Well designed. Inside is well lighted. Drawers keep cold cuts and cheese at the perfect temp. Vegetables are crisp. Door has plenty of storage space.

This fridge is beautiful with its black stainless steel style. I was worried about space (my first french-door fridge) but once you get a feel for the layout, everything fits with room to spare. Best Buy matched the Lowe's online price (which was more than $400 cheaper). The delivery service was terrible. The crew scraped my front door when trying to squeeze the fridge into the house instead of taking it off during the installation. They tried to play it off as if they didn't do it but I've taken that up with their company. Aside from that hassle, the fridge works well, looks great, is well-lit, and has A LOT of room.

Great refrigerator so far, had to get use to the noise in the beginning, but all machines make a noise, don't even notice it anymore.. Great room capacity and great layout

Very roomy, and the dual zone is great. It was quiet in the firs week but now it has a little noise when the compressor starts.

Was concerned that bottom freezer would be inconvenient and hard to access but the two drawers are spacious and work great. I only gave it a four because Ice maker is just MEH. Works ok but when the ice drops it’s very loud and if you use it often I doubt it will make ice fast enough to keep adequately supplied. Finally, the plastic that encased the doors was tucked into the trim and did not come off easily. We’re still picking plastic slivers out of the doors at the edges.

This is a great refrigerator. Plenty of space both top and bottom. The led lighting is very nice. We love the adjustable shelves, and the adjustable settings on the cooling drawer. Only con would be the fingerprints on the stainless finish, wish it had a smudgeproof finish.

We don't have children, then we were looking for something not too big but funcional and at the same time beautiful with a good price. We are happy with this choice

We got this as an open box items for half of the price. I love the space! The only complaint is the ice maker doesn't make as much ice as I think it should.

This fridge has ample storage and the shelves are easy to move around. The only negative is the ice maker doesn't seem to get ice out very quickly.

We've had this fridge for about a month now and it's fantastic! The controls are easy to understand, and it keeps food both cold and frozen appropriately. The inside is attractive with lots of easy to adjust shelves. The drawers all have separate controls as well to adjust to the types of food you'd like to keep in each. The space inside is well utilized, and the adjustable shelf (you can make it a half-shelf) is also a great organization tool to help fit oversize items. This is the first appliance I've had with the "black stainless steel" look and I absolutely love it. We have dark wood cabinets and other appliances are black. It offsets them very nicely. It is very large, so if you're looking for "counter-depth" this is not the fridge for you--it sticks out an easy 8-10 inches from the counter, so keep that in mind if you're looking for something specific. Overall I'd highly recommend this fridge.

My husband and I were in the market for a new fridge. Now that the kids are off ruling the world, we didn't need to get a HUGE fridge but wanted one that would accommodate for gatherings. I don't know how good this review will be given the time that has passed, it's been over a month since we got it, but I have some things to share. First with the PROs: This LG french door fridge is visually exceptional. The doors and bottom freezer are made to open with little effort. The ice and water dispenser are separated so that you don't have to fudge around with buttons and it makes it convenient. There is a nice deli drawer that spans the width of the fridge. It mades it convenient when you have big spreads. It also gives you the function to adjust the temperature of that one drawer to accommodate for meats and other items. There are three separate shelving containers for your veggies. Because the drawers are all transparent, it makes finding things a lot easier. It also allows for better organization. One of the main shelves in the body of the fridge can be pushed in to accommodate taller items when its necessary. The ice maker is tucked into the door and is not protruding out compromising space inside the fridge. I feel that this was a feature that made the difference for me. The bottom freezer is layered and has plenty of space. No issues with those big pizzas! The water filter is located in the top left corner and is not in the way of anything. It is also super easy to change out. The fridge will remind you when its time to change them out. Now for the CONs: Height of things commonly purchased, such things as milk jugs, water bottles (16oz), don't fit unless you are ready to give up a tremendous amount of space on another shelf. The door shelves on the right door panel are wide enough for the milk jug, but you can only use one of the shelves because once you adjust for the height, the second one is to short for jugs. The retractable shelf in the body of the fridge is a great feature, but now we use it to allow for silly things like 16 oz bottled water, soda and beer bottles because there is no other place tall enough for them. You had better manage your condiments because the left door panel storage is rather thin. The water filter is not readily available in most stores. I found them online but found that the price is much higher than competitor filters. There is a feature that would have been great for my kids... the alarm that the door has been left open. But now its just a nuisance and we trigger it when we have gone grocery shopping and are loading the fridge up. It's not a big deal but thought I'd mention it for those that have folks in the house that leave doors open. I rate this fridge with four stars because it is a great fridge, just wished that they took the freezer down a little to accommodate for the right heights in the main fridge.

I was worried about buying a Samsung fridge after reading all the bad reviews about them. We have had it now for about 3 months and have had no major issues with it. The freezer door kind of sticks when you go to pull it all the way out. It feels like it partially catches on something but you give it a little tug and it comes out another 6 inches. The ice maker makes a little noise every once in awhile so I am going to be monitoring that as well. I will update this as needed if anything major goes wrong. I did end up buying the 5 year extended warranty on it just because of the reviews.

Does a great job of maintaining temperature. Easy access to refrigerator and freezer compartments. Had to pull a bit to get the freezer to open completely but is fine now. Vegetables and fruits seem to be kept fresh. Only downside is the ice maker. I think Samsung uses some sort of "fast" process which results in frosty as opposed to clear ice, enough to make you think your water is hard. That and you end up with partially crushed ice versus whole cubes when using the dispenser. And there is a clunk when the ice drops. Were it not for the ice maker I would give it 5 starts.

Great refrigerator me and my wife love it. Looks nice and is very spacious. Only dislikes are it can be noisy at night making ice and we wish the left side would stay open instead of trying to close itself.

This fridge had just about everything we wanted and fit within our budget. We went from a smaller top/bottom fridge to this one and couldn't be happier. We have way more storage space, especially in the freezer. We also really love the look of it.

I'm into my second week of use with my new Samsung fridge. I can say at this early stage that I'm quite pleased with my purchase. I thoroughly read the reviews on other site to confirm that I was on the correct track with a dependable fridge. One thing I noticed that is a small detail that is overlooked on french doors with the middle seal. Many time I've seen the hinged middle seal broken because the guide snaps off. I was happy to notice the put in a safety spring to protect against that. If that detail was noticed I feel secured in my purchase.

Got a great deal on this frig, a stove, dishwasher and microwave hood. I love them all. Great quality and very happy with the delivery & product! The refrigerator & freezer has so much available room too!

I was excited to get this French door fridge, but I seriously regret this purchase. Previous to this, I had a side by side fridge with an enormous ice maker (in the door) and plenty of shelf space. But it was knocking and when the ice maker broke, we knew we needed a new fridge. I often entertain and the feature of this fridge I liked was the ability to store large trays across the fridge, something I couldn't do with a side by side. In the store, the fridge was well-lit on the inside, and it looked to have tons of storage space. Equally important, the freezer section had two drawers and looked like it could store a lot. Once I got it home, I realized several negative issues. Firstly, the doors. The manual says if they are more than half-way closed, they will close the rest of the way. This is not true. They require a rather forceful push to close. Anything less than a slam, results in the door being bounced right back at you. I called to have it repaired then went back to Best Buy, and sure enough, even the model on the floor did not close without considerable effort. If you have small children, this fridge will spend a lot of time with a carelessly left open door. The second issue is the lighting. Sure, when it's empty, like on the showroom floor, it looks bright. Put more than two things on the top shelf, and the entire cavity darkens. There are lights in the lower drawers but they don't keep it well lit. The third, and not an insignificant issue is the freezer. All of the items that I removed from my side by side, did not fit into this freezer. Not only that, but frozen weight watcher meals and other boxed items that I could clearly see in my old model, are now tossed into a bin in this thing. I added a plastic basket to the top shelf to store bagged vegetables, something the fridge should have come with, but still, to find anything, you have to bend over and dig deep. The ice maker takes a few seconds to dispense Ice and it can't be done with the right door open. The ice storage area is very small and with all the ice I make, I'm not sure this will handle my needs. The last issue is the storage of tall items. There is very little room in this fridge for door items and some of the shelves, particularly those on the left side door, can't fit anything at all. There's a narrow shelf across from the ice maker that could only store a juice packet or an envelope of apple sauce. Fitting my previous door items into these doors was like doing a jigsaw puzzle; things could only go in limited areas. Very frustrating. There are good features to this fridge, I love the long drawer at the bottom of the fridge. The drawers for veggies and fruit are clear and visible. The shelves are not as flexible as I'd like them to be either. Overall I would not recommend this model. Get a really good side by side, you'll see everything you have on hand.
