This fridge is so fancy! We didn't really need a fridge that we could play music on, read recipes, write notes, and watch movies on, but it is pretty cool! We like changing our pictures on the screen to fit the season/occasion. The speaker is quite good. It wipes clean pretty easily (though scratches do stand out ) and there is plenty of room in fridge and freezer. I have only a few minor complaints: first, we don't like the chime that goes off when the fridge door has been open too long (maybe this can be turned off, haven't figured out how yet). This is especially annoying if you have your fridge linked to the Samsung app-you'll get an alert on your phone. Second, you can't take the drawers out without completely taking apart the inside of the fridge. This makes it really hard to clean. The third thing that we don't like is the inability to change the shelf height. We are used to milk fitting on the top shelf, but a half gallon only fits in the door. A liter of soda, tall water bottle, or wine will not fit either- they must be laid down. Other than these 3 things it's a great fridge.

I can’t tell you how much I love this fridge. Today I shopped off the grocery list on the app. It’s so convenient being able to make list on the fridge whenever we think of something. It’s so neat being able to see what’s inside the fridge, so fancy being able to connect my calls and music to the fridge and so super cool that we can sit at our counter, eating breakfast and watch Mickey Mouse clubhouse on the fridge. Samsung appliance through my home. Fridge even tells me the mode those appliances are in. Including our 82” tv. You won’t regret buying this. I got it on sale too!

We replaced all of our appliances within the past year (w/d, fridge, stove, dish). Terrible experience with all deliveries/installations. All products are working fine except the fridge! We have had nothing but issues with this fridge since purchasing. 1st fridge broke, 2nd fridge arrived completely damaged out of the box (didn't even install), 3rd fridge dented at installation & broke 4-months later. Dented door was supposed to be replaced, never heard back or replaced. Ice machine also not the best. Constantly got stuck. 4-months later the fridge completely stopped cooling overnight. Had to toss everything. 2-days later, the fridge notification came on the screen stating it was not working properly. Not helpful when the contents are already ruined. Best Buy tech came out to repair. Unrepairable. In order to get a refund, I had to reach out to Samsung directly. Samsung said they have to send their "authorized dealers" to deem the fridge unrepairable. THREE additional repair trips out and replacing ALL possible parts, they are still refusing to refund when I called for a status update. They want to send another repair tech out next day without notifying me to replace a part that was already replaced. ONE month later, 4 repair trips, hours of my time off work wasted, daily grocery trips to feed our family of four, still resolution/refund, and a broken fridge. I have been more than accommodating and have yet to hear back from a supervisor.

Great Refrigerator! Not a whole lot of bells and whistle‘s inside with special trays etc. but does exactly what a refrigerator should do the icemaker works well the water works well the green on it is fantastic and the family hub is been easy to use intuitive as well as easy to set up in integrate into the family. Great to be able to put pictures up on the screen kids had a lot of fun drawling. The ability to make shopping list and to do list as well as have calendar events popping up on the screen are really nice. Of course you don’t need to have a TV screen on your refrigerator but, it’s a lot of fun and definitely makes a statement in your kitchen. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is very nice in has been the easiest to clean of all the stainless refrigerators we’ve had. Refrigerator arrived with some cosmetic damage. however, Best Buy has been fantastic to work with in getting this swapped out. there delivery team was great and their customer service on the phone exceptional. Have had not the best experience dealing with Lowe’s and their customer service team but in dealing with anything related to a large appliance at Best Buy we have had nothing but excellent experiences we also have a wall oven from Best Buy and their customer service his head and shoulders above Lowe’s customer service won’t buy from Lowe’s ever again but absolutely will be shopping with Best Buy for all large appliance needs in the future.

For the few days i have owned the refrigerator, i must say it is doing well. The look fits well to our kitchen and my daughter enjoys the family hub. Well see in the long run how well it performs.

I love my fridge so easy to use and the black stainless is perfect! It’s easy to clean and I have so much room in the fridge. It’s quiet and all the apps are working just fine.

I am so amazing with this refrigerator so happy very nice very spacious the quality is amazing even though I am a Samsung person even my phone is Samsung my home theater bar I am so excited BUT IN THE NEAR FUTURE I WILL BIY ANOTHER ONE FOR SURE I RECOMMEND IT TO EVRY ONE AND ENJOY YOU WON’T REGRET TO HAVE ONE OF THIS BABIES AT HOME

I am in love with my new refrigerator. I love the fact that it’s super roomy and that we are able to listen to mucus, what a movie, look up recipes, all while I am cooking. I totally recommend and it’s definitely worth the price.

Its a large fridge with a lot of space. Its finger proof like promised on promotions. The family panel its super big and functional.

Stay away!! I wanted all the negative reviews to be wrong about the ice maker, but unfortunately they are true!! The biggest issue is that is must self regulate to help avoid the motor from burning out, so typically at least once a day it stops working and you have to open the fridge and push the ice bin in firmly to get it to work again.

I can leave myself a note, build myself a shoping list, order something from amazon, and listen to spotify… it can make your life easier depending on how you use the appliance in addition to viw the product was meant to be used.

We absolutely love our family hub fridge. We had a side by side before and constantly were having issues on where to place items or organize its contents. Now we can view our fridge from the grocery store and have plenty of room to organize the contents.

We absolutely love this fridge! It’s not too big and not too small. We’ve had tons of fun loading photos and writing messages. It’s great to walk in the kitchen and either see the weather and time or a slideshow - whatever mood we want to create, we can. (also my son just got married and we have a whole album of wedding photos that are a treasure to see!) The ice maker is fantastic and so is the filtered water. I really couldn’t be happier with our decision to purchase this refrigerator.

The coolest fridge we ever had! We love the wide touch screen monitor on the door. Has voice command usung Alex! You can access your fridge through your smart phone and has very spacious storage! Even the freezer! Love this!

Love my new frig so smart .Only part not to happy is need Samsung devices to work with frig.

I love my fridge, it has a lot of cool features. The most important one is the “Door Left Open” alert. I can also play music, order from Amazon and use Alexa commands all from the refrigerator. I was concerned that I would have enough freezer however, it’s more than enough space.

Good , but limited space for 1 gal milk . The screen is always on and you need to constantly turn if off to save electricity. The screen quality is so so..

It actually have a lot of features. My kids likes when they can add the food to the food list and also put the expiration date on there. This refrigerator is like a big phone. Down fall you can see the finger prints all over the refrigerator.
