Luv this product, the smart hub helps keep my family connected, and my wife just loves the feature where she can pull up the app at any time too see if we are low on mike or juice and other items, such an amazing appliance we've added to our family, way ta go Samsung, The watts family

This appliance is like having a tv in the kitchen. I live it!

The Samsung smart refrigerator is so advanced. The Alexa controlled computer is amazing and entertaining. If you are away from home and want to see if you need milk and eggs you can actually see inside your fridge with the computer screen. My only problem is that I will say something that must sound like "Alexa" and the fridge willl start talking.

Love this unit. It’s very spacious with spacious organized compartments, beautiful stainless steel doors, touch screen with apps is quite convenient and aesthetically pleasing. Alexa comes with this unit so I play music every time I cook. Worth every penny

Best Product in this price band, Family Hub feature is simply great, it integrates well with Alexa and Ring Camera Devices etc. and you can view the stuff inside from anywhere and makes ordering easy

So far I love this refrigerator. I has good storage room. It keeps the food cool in the fridge and frozen in the freezer. Was going to buy a small tv for the kitchen but this does much more. Worth the money.

I am pleased with this purchase. We were looking to upgrade our refrigerator, and came across this roomy side-by-side from Samsung. The Family Hub was an immediate hit (great place for the family pics). The icemaker is a bit slow, however, we use a lot of ice.

I love this Refrigerator, It has nice space inside and Touch Screen Family Hub is amazing, We can enjoy in kitchen while cooking, we listen music and its very easy to use. Highly recommended and Price is amazing too

Pros: Great looking fridge, you can fit a lot in both the fridge and freezer, the lighting is great, everything seems to stay evenly cold, it’s neat to be able to view our photos on the front screen, play music, etc. Cons: Ice Maker is VERY slow, there is no light for the ice/water dispenser, the shelves are not adjustable so tall things only fit on certain shelves, the camera doesn’t move when you use the view inside option so that feature is useless.

It’s great i really enjoyed it it’s highly recommended

The fridge is very good, the delivery is on time and the driver call me before he get to my house so lam ready

Having this Samsung side by side for approximately four weeks, thus far, it has performed well. There is plenty of room in both the fridge and the freezer. In addition, we have really enjoyed the Smart Hub. It is a wonderful place to leave messages, check a calendar, and use a variety of apps. We have enjoyed watching the news in the morning while eating breakfast. Also, the fridge is well lighted and the ice maker works well. The delivery and take away provided by Best Buy was efficient and the crew was very professional.

Like the ring integration, ample space but might not fit a frozen pizza but works great.

This will be my second review. Kameron and Wyatt were the most outstanding team I've ever met. Polite, professional and went above and beyond to accommodate a gigantic stellar Samsung refrigerator, made sure I understood all the fancy IT features, when to use ice and it was a challenging install due to lay out of the house, ensured no damage took place and then moved a refrigerator out through the back door and around the house to install in in law suite. If every delivery and professional installers were as on their A -Game as they were life would be much easier. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars. Truly outstanding service. The product is fantastic, the music plays so loud and very nice to leave each other notes and have the ability to see each other's schedules. Beautiful and features I never knew existed but now can't live without.
