The refrigerator is a good product. The cooling system is amazing. all areas receive equal cooling power. cons for me: the lower shelfs haven't good illumination and the ice maker capacity is a little low for a big family.

Refridgerator good. Delivery not so much. So long story shirt the 1st fridge was leaking ao i glt a replacement. Delivery guy told me my existing fridge just needs the rubes connected under it. I insisted i still would like replacement dont feel comfortable already having an issue. So he goes get the replacement and tells me the replacement is damaged so cant bring it in. 2 days off from work and best buy tells me its ok cus it comes woth a 1 year warranty from samsung.

So far so good, early in the 15 day trial period, great sound, not all phones and iPads, etc are compatible with the “ family-hub” app otherwise would of given the review 5 stars

The refrigerator is equipped with extremely useful technology. It has plenty of room for food storage. We are very pleased with how if functions both as a refrigerator and it’s technology capabilities. The ability to put the grocery list on the screen as well as the recipes that it retrieves are wonderful. We no longer need a dry erase board on the refrigerator because that capability is built in to it. Could not be happier.

Problems with cooling after coupe of months

Purchased on 02.21.2024. After two weeks the fridge started to show change the filter message.. After a month we started receiving multiple abnormal temperature alerts, waking us up with the load sound in the middle of the night. on 05.10.2024 fridge started leaking, ice defrosting. Contacted Samsung, trouble shooting done remotely, fridge does not hold the temperature, automatically jumps up and down to strange degrees such as 28F for freezer, and 1F for the fridge...Do not recommend.

So, we really like the fridge. We had french doors before and definitely prefer the side by side. We enjoy the screen and the "smartness" of it. The only thing that's been challenging is that we can't utilize the app as much as we want. We want to be able to scan our food into our app instead of manually typing it in or telling the fridge to add to our list. Otherwise everything else is great!

Great refrigerator and the ice maker works great. Also the APPS are great.
