This refrigerator is TERRIBLE!! I have had several issues with it! First it was the ice maker after only having it a couple of months and then last week (15 months after it getting delivered) the mother board went out, I have lost all my food and the authorized Samsung repair shop is making me wait 7 days before coming to repair it....Thanksgiving is in two days and I DON'T have a refridgerator, UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

It’s overwhelming electronically. More than we need in our kitchen. The ice dispenser has no exterior light and ice drops very slowly. Lots of room on both sides but adjustable shelves would be a plus. The recent update let’s you watch some TV shows which is pretty cool. Seems to function more for gadgets and conversation piece than a fridge.

I like it but the camera inside is a bit useless. You can only see one shelf and the view is not that good.

Navigating is horrible (swipe up to get to the tools screen but you can swipe 20 or 30 times before the screen comes up). There is a setting to make the display go to sleep but samsung broke the function in a 2019 update and it still doesn't work. Constantly logs you out of the samsung connected environment so you have to log back in, then wait before you can use things like the food list.... And even things that might be useful like the recipes based on something in your frig only lets you select a single item so you have to look through a dozen recipes to find one that doesn't require a trip to the store. Wish I had bought a dumb frig.
