It’s very spacious and the black stainless steel color is really nice... Upon delivery, we noticed the refrigerator was slightly damage but Best Buy made it right immediately... Also, the Geek Squad delivery team was extremely professional... Got give it to Best Buy, they’ve really stepped up their game...

For a family of 5 it does not keep up with icemaking. I love the display unit on the fridge and being able to see inside while not home however inside view is not the best. I keep the main items on the visible shelfs.

Samsung said our factory warranty was completely useless bc we had a hairline crack in a condiment shelf that had nothing to do with the problem and that cancels the warranty just for a cosmetic flaw in a plastic shelf! BUYER BEWARE! This is how they keep from making any repairs even when its under warranty. Also has no cheese/meat drawer and thats hard to get used to and no light on the water dispenser. All around a bad product and even worse company! BUY ANOTHER BRAND!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased this side-by-side refrigerator by Samsung with the family hub in the beginning of June 2020 it is now the beginning of July 2020 and so far this refrigerator is good the only thing that I don't like too much is the fact that the shelves in the refrigerator and the freezer cannot be moved and on my old unit I had more drawers. the water dispenser drips water after use.
