    It produces a very small amount of ice. It doesn't has a light for the cold water dispenser. Yes, in the 21st century, Samsung removed the light for it. Go figure.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.

      The ice maker is capable of making 10 pounds of ice a day, it's only capable of holding 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop.

    Very frustrating! The ice maker was a problem from the beginning, but it was just slow to make ice. Within a year or so after purchase it stops making ice motor went out. Oh sorry this isn't a warranty item. its obsolete now and don't make the part anymore..... buyer beware!

    Plenty of space keeps everything cold and at the right temp. Ice maker works good. The water dispenses a little slow but is about the same as any other fridge I had with ice and water dispenser.

    Issues that came up with this started the moment I got it. The surface is very sensitive and was scratched just taking it out of the box. The shelves do not adjust in any way and are not tall enough for a 2 liter to stand in. The ice machine did not work well at first and it struggles to make enough for a 2 person household. Water bottle doesn't fit under the door dispenser. Fingerprint resistant is a farce. Would not buy again and I feel stuck with something I am not happy with.

    Okay so I don't actually rate this fridge as 1 star but I feel like 1 star in a sea of 5 stars makes the average shift as much as it needs to because this fridge is perfect except for one incredibly glaring flaw: The water spout is just about impossible to line up with a cup. I was really excited about having filtered door water, but every time I need water I need to reach in behind with one hand and push the button and hold my cup steady with the other. It's not the worst problem in the world and I'm probably not going to return it for this, but it's just such as absurdly moronic and easy to fix oversight. It's like no one ever even tried to fill a normal cup up with water during testing.

    BAD FRIDGE. EVEN WORSE SERVICE.

    Below average fridge and features. The material is NOT stainless or fingerprint proof. The worst part has been dealing with best buy service. First, they try and drop off a broken and damaged fridge, then make a huge issue about it even though the delivery drivers clearly see the fridge doors are damaged. Millions of calls to schedule the "exchange" for their mistake, weeks later fridge is delivered, we paid for installation which they had no ability to do correctly. They damaged our main door and floors upon second delivery and left trash everywhere. They LIED and said we would be reimbursed for all the food we had to throw away due to their mistakes, BUT NOPE - NEVER happened. Beware. Do not buy from best buy unless you are prepared to deal with their constant incompetence, dishonesty, and massive waste of your time.

    Pros: The door shelves are deep and spaced well for large containers. Cons: The water dispenser is made for large mouthed glasses. You have to use your hand to press the dispenser for ice and water

    Not the best fridge. Has plenty of room but has no middle drawer/compartment for your cold cuts, wieners & cheese. And the ice maker is super slow!

    Frig is good - Delivery ??

    Frig was supposed to be delivered into house. I wanted it in the basement - a walk in on the same level as garage. Delivery folks said it wouldn't fit through door - the didn't even try to remove Frig doors & move it in sideways. It's in garage.

    no door handles look good but not useful. hard to open. shelving is very poor, no cold cut drawer; ice maker is very poor, dispenses poorly as well.
