I purchased this refrigerator to replace one that the part was back ordered. When I say I hate this refrigerator, I hate it. I’ve had 2. They both are doing the same thing. It freezes lettuce and bottled water. The freezer freezes ice cream rock solid. The tech adjusted the temperature and it still does the same thing. The ice maker is a joke. A tray of ice over night. I’ve spoken with Samsung and Best Buy was supposed to contact me again. It’s begin weeks and nothing.

The worst possible appliance I ever had in my life. This refrigerator simply stopped working after less than 2 years. They made me wait 4 month between fixes to just tell me at the end it's unfixable and they will no cover it. They do not honor their warranty what so ever. They will fabricate an excuse to not grant it after it stops working out of the blue. Worst company ever. You are goin to loss your money GUARANTEED.

I love the fridge and all the extra space. The only downside is the water dispenser is slow. The ice dispenser is also wonky because it gets jammed frequently.

Nice refrigerator but dimensions need to be given with doors open also and how much clearance is going to be required we needed about another 1/2 inch to make it work properly
