    Samsung refrigerator (rs27t5200sg/aa)

    Bought the french door Samsung refrigerator (rs27t5200sg/aa) from best buy out of the box and only had it a week and a half before the compressor went out. I know its holiday season and we had to throw all our food for Christmas. I bought it on the fourth the compressor went out on the 16th and a technician cant get out to fix it until the 29th. I guess that's why there is a 10 yr manufacturer warranty on it. Hopefully we will have a working fridge by next year.

    Worst ice maker ever , do not buy , had 3 delivered something wrong with everyone of them if I could I never would have bought it and never again from best buy TRIED TO GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE AND THEY SAID NO TOO LATE CAN'T HAVE ONE.

    1st refrigerator was damaged, 2nd refrigerator was defective. Then model was put on backorder, had to select a different model.

    was a dent on the front door of the refrigerator and they did not even inform us about it and left

    Please research this model before you consider buying. You'll find MANY unhappy customers describing how water pools under and inside the vegetable bins. For us, the problem appeared when the unit was a year and half old (and the warranty is only 1 year). When we finally found an appliance repair company that services Samsung refrigerators—most don't—we had service done at a cost of $416. The repair person has come out 2 more times, but the problem keeps reappearing. We've contacted Samsung requesting assistance, but they wouldn't even honor our request that they provide information on how to repair the defect.

    ice maker shute freezes and then thaws. first you can't get ice out; next, you are wiping up the floor. Samsung service cannot get the replacement door. thankfully within 1 year warranty; and a full refund will come is promised...

    Refrigerator is less than two years old and the ice maker broke. Leaves huge water puddles on the floor. Samsung estimates $490 to fix.

    Refrigerator is good and keeps food nice and cold, properly. However! The freezer is horrible. Ice maker will cause dents to form in the door. Certainly not an ideal way to age for this mode.

    I quote what Best Buy said “we can’t guarantee the color of this selected fridge “ I ordered stainless steel ! Ordered the suite fridge , stove , microwave . And the fridge arrived a Dark Grey . They won’t exchange it for the right one . Now I have a mix match kitchen set that I spent over $2,500 on .

    They delivered the refrigerator, but never connected the ice or water maker on the fridge trying to contact someone to help me as I pay for the service but nothing

    Not even in its cold/freezing distribution. Weak motor in ice dispenserafter less than 5 months already had to have it replaced. There is no water tray & the area is easily stained

    The ice maker broke in less than a month. The ice is all froxen together and the water will not dispense. It should not break down in less than a momth. Going to return and get a differnt make.

    At first looks good and functional,however after approx 6 months starting to develop malfunction and all the fridge compartments start to froze the food no matter what you try! Not quality and reliability we expected! I don’t recommend

    Has never made ice, sounds like theres water somewhere in refrigerator..dont quite know where yet. Also has gotten extremely noisey, literally will make you jump. Thank goodness I purchased the extra warranty.

    I am so glad to have an ice maker in the door again! Yay!!! This is not the fanciest refrigerator but it does tick all of the boxes for me. I like the side by side style instead of the "laundry basket" organization method used in those bottom drawer freezer models.
